    • I always enjoy their breakfast but this time around I had to leave early so I requested a breakfast pack, I enjoyed it but I wish they could include fruits and yoghurt for their packs.
    • Big enough room
    • The room is so open with a big and comfortable bed.The bathroom has bath and a shower which is very convenient.(Hot water)The breakfast is to die for.it was a deal breaker for us.i like for the fact that they included lactose free milk.

    Cons -

    • I always get booked in this place when I'm in Polokwane , the last time I was there I was not happy with the cleanliness but this time around there was an improvement. I don't like the carpets in the bedrooms they just make the place look dirty.
    • The carpet felt stuffy, and there was no hot water to bath at night. I expected a jacuzzi as displayed in the advert.
    • I wish there was a way to prevent sounds for dining area to those 3 ground rooms.as light sleeper, I was disturbed by the sounds from kitchen and dining area. The carpet and chair requires a proper clean

I've enjoyed a lot about the breakfast, keep it up also like ur menu, but u must add the slices of bread becouse 1 is not enough, but in overall u got 99%

I was disappointed about the TV, there was no channels for SABC,super sport,et ,it was only only 1 boring channel for advertisement.

Clean, spacious room , well located, value for money

    No bar

    8DesmondPosted on: 4-7-2025

Service of the staff was excellent. Went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of.

Some very rowdy guests. Screaming coming from their room - very inconsiderate of other guests. The ladies from reception banged on their door several times and asked them to be quiet.

location is good, closer to everything in town. friendly staff

dirty curtains and sheets, jacuzzi not working in executive room.

The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, when I say it is not value for money I just think more could have been done for a four star but it can be improved the Jacuzzi was not working, one of the basins in the bathroom was not working either. I did not feel any luxury in all honesty.

The jacuzzi and the basin which was not working was not expected in an executive room, on your website you put it down as the Presidential Suite.

Nice big room. Very spacious shower. Shower gel and shampoo dispenser with good - seems to be quality products used.Towels were clean.

I walked into reception, and it looked like the cleaning staff sitting and chatting in the lounge section of reception. Was given 1 room key first, then the arguments started. After a bit of shouting across the room between the receptionist and the other staff, the first key was taken back, and I was given a second key. Very unprofessional. This place was possibly very good at one stage but they are very bad at maintenance. Cracked tiles in the passage, one or two tiles replaced, but the colour doesn't match, and the warningstickes are totally faded. The room door sticks, and when I walked in, all the furniture was pushed into one corner as if they were still busy cleaning. I was charged extra for the Executive Room where the jacuzzi (which was the reason I booked here and which I was looking forward to) doesn't work. 2 of the 3 lamps in the room don't work, curtains hanging terribly, and the aircon leaks into the room. Overall maintenance leaves much to be desired. Breakfast was also disappointing. I took photos - I can share if required. I complained (obviously) - nothing was done to rectify the situation. But don't worry - they told me they'll fix it. I'm not sure how that helps me?Obviously, it doesn't take much to be a 4 Star Establishment.

The room was so beautiful and neat.We were upgraded to a suite room without any addtional as we are regular vistors.

I informed the frontdesk clerk about the noice of the door to the bathroom. She promised to at attend to it.

The place was very nice and comfortable

I checked in around 8h30pm and there was loadsheding at 9pm. The staff ddint notify me and there was no back up

    The location

There was a power cut for about 3 hours, and no one came to explain to us what was happening. We just had to sit in the dark. It was very uncomfortable. It was very unfair for them not to communicate and offer alternative power source. The toilet extractor was not working. In fact, it had not worked in a long time, judging by the dust it had accumulated. Jacuzzi was also not working. We book rooms with both bath and shower because that's our preference, so when you're sold a room that is said to have both yet one is not working, it's not fair.

Service from staff (Kgomotso at the reception and Helen the cleaner were exceptional)., location, facility cleanliness, breakfast. We had to leave a day earlier and they confirmed the money will be credited to our next stay. For sure we are returning. The cherry on top, was to meet the pretty owner who is so astute & down to earth. She makes sure we as guests, we get the best of the best service

Room12 needs minor fixing, the toilet seat moves no steady on ground, the shower water pipe by wall leaks and water drainage system need to be checked causing water to fill up,but room is nice an spacious,

    4HarryPosted on: 3-7-2025

    The property was clean

The jacuzzi is not working since 2023 and they don’t mention that. If you take the suite room looking at the jacuzzi, just know is not working. You will pay more for nothing

    5ShabalalaPosted on: 3-5-2025

    The room is spacious enough

The bedding and towels had stains. They should consider changing them

    8RosePosted on: 3-4-2025

We love most of the things with the hotel, the environment, the staff, comfortable and the location.

The bedding had yellowish spots and it was not only on one or two spot. The shower was not clean

The food was delicious. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The bed was massive!

    All was good.
