Clean, convenient and reliable. Quiet location.

The room was amazingly comfortable with a touch of modern lights, working television and lights. We did not have breakfast within this property but opted for on the road meals and breakfast.

We had dinner on this property on arrival around 8:00pm which was not that late. Unfortunately all the meals were very cold and the heaters were shut down at that point. The salads were something to stay away from as they showed real aged life. Basically, there is a lot that needs to be done with the meals at this property or still to drinks only.

THE NOISE FROM THE SCHOOL TOUR GUESTS, THE NOISE FROM THE MINI CONCERT ...I understand that it was heritage weekend, and maybe you cater for such but let your guests know in advance so they can have options. I for one, wasn't aware that you hosts concerts by the deck. I literally extended my stay on the Friday, only to regret because I couldn't rest. My window was just above the stage ***cries bitterly***

The restaurant and waitresses were nice. Food was so, so. Beef was very tough, but chicken was good. They sold drinks on the premise and was very convenient.

The room was a bit small for two men in a twin. The beds were not separated like I asked for. (We had to move them around to suffice). The drain in the bathroom floor kept clogging and flooding the room. (They did fix-it, after we complained). Water pressure was questionable. No Wi Fi!

The unit was clean and exactly what one can expect for paying such an amount of money.

1. The toilet was leaking, water making noise the whole night & we couldn't flush after using it.2. I dialed the reception to organize an iron, I was told it's coming right away - I left the hotel wearing the same shirt I worn the previous night only because the one I wanted to wear needed an iron first.

I had to wait an hour at restaurant before getting any help then was given a room with two single beds which kept falling apart instead of queen bed booked. I should be refunded for the bad service

Spacious bed, clean environment.

1. They gave us 1 access card, and it was difficult when one left the room; lights went off when you removed the card.2. Only one bottle of water was provided.3. Pillows were too soft; at least an additional supplement was going to help.

The staff was very friendly ❤️and place is very clean, quiet and breathtaking.! Will definitely visit again

It is close to alot of places i needed to go.so it ws very convenient.

Paying for kids under 10 years,when they only eat 1 slices of bread n juice.there is alot of unfairness there.i think you need to work on that.the breakfast for grown ups it fine but Paying for small kids.its not fair.that is what I did not like about the place.

The carpet.the smell of the carpet from the elevator to our room smell really bad my sinuses started that night because of that carpet.please do something about it

The pillows were sooooo hard. We had to call the receptionist to assist in bringing softer pillows, which they did, but other than that, all was good
