MA Hotel

Everything was wonderful! Hotel Employee was very helpful before we arrived and even made a dinner reservation for us. We definitely recommend a stay at MA Hotel if you're in the area--

Easy walk from the train station to the hotel. The manger was nice and helpful with the check in process and offered suggestions which was very helpful to have on a Sunday. The bedroom and bathroom appear to be recently updated and in good condition and very large.

Nothing bad to say; good value for price; I thought the shower was a bit on the smaller side but nothing unmanageable.

Very large, comfortable room within steps to shops, restaurants and the marina. The morning breakfast included fresh baked goods.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was pleasant and somewhat helpful.

Mattress was very soft and drooped in the middle. Complained but no alternative available. Room lighting dark. One bar of soap that was one square inch and 1/8 inch thick ( no kidding) No cable tv and no stations other than in Italian. No staff after 8 p.m.

Great staff. Convenient location. Reasonable price. Nice breakfast.Large bathroom.

Location is great! Room is clean but bath is a little bit old. Staff is helpful and responsive. Breakfast is good.

We had a wonderful stay. ☺️ Matteo and Theresa were super nice and incredibly helpful (I asked for a room charge because the curtains didn’t close and Matteo was super accommodating and very kind.). Property is simple (perfect 3 star hotel) but super clean! Breakfast was wonderful with variety of pastries and delicious fresh local fruit (something we do not find in most hotels these days). Great location as you can walk to the station and beach in 5 minutes. The rooms in the main building have shutters so we had complete darkness and slept really well!

The curtains in room Avorio (one of the 4 rooms in the annex) need replacing as they don’t shut completely. Fortunately, we changed to room Bordeaux (in the main building) which has shutters so problem was solved!

Breakfast was simple but excellent and the staff was welcoming and kind. The location is perfect, only a short walk from the train station and beach is 2 minutes away. Such a lovely place for a calm and relaxing holiday.

Amazing location and the staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was a great addition to the booking that set us up for the day.

The only issue we had were the slightly tough mattresses and thin profile pillows.

Super friendly staff, specially the man at reception gave us recommendations about where to eat, how to get to Portofino and lent us an umbrella for the day.Convenient location, close enough to walk to the station and to the beach.

Perfect location, just around the corner from the beach and restaurants, nice rooms with aircondition and very friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we go back.

Hotel staff very nice and responsive. Good location, easy to go and catch a ferry or bus to Portofino. Parking in the street around 30€ a day, which is normal for this area in Italy. They keep a place for their guests, and you can leave it there until some car goes.Train station only a couple of minutes away, which makes it good for a base to cinque terre as well.

Location close to station was handy. Breakfast was very good and well presented... with a nice garden area table.Bathroom was more than expected with great shower. reception was friendly and helpful.
