Imperiale Palace Hotel

This hotel is stunningly beautiful. The outdoor spaces are perfectly manicured, the restaurants and halls are gorgeous. The location is perfect. The pool and seaside area is just as pictured and are perfect.

The staff have no customer service skills at all. They lost our business at every meal as we preferred to leave the hotel and eat elsewhere than deal with the service (non-existent) at the hotel. The only staff that were attentive were the lifeguards.

Location was great and easy to access and park, sea views were gorgeous, they accommodated us with adjoining rooms with my father. Fantastic breakfast buffet and staff. Beautiful pool and sea access. Everything.

Elegant hotel with a large, beautifully maintained garden and stunning views. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The beach club and pool area were superb, making our stay truly relaxing and memorable.

The location, view, style, staff of this hotel is beyond amazing! I wish I could remember the name of the precious young lady who checked us in as she was the highlight of our stay. She was beyond a 5-star employee! VERY professional, sweet, charming, efficient, pleasant and helpful! The room was exquisite! Views, breathtaking! The breakfast (which were the only meals we ate), was ok. Nothing to write home about. The staff, inattentive. I picked up on those that had been to breakfast seemingly like several times, we treated very well. We only went 3 times. Food was decent, nothing spectacular.

Hotel controls room temperature as everyone gets air conditioning, heat or just a fan. Your control is just on or off with 3 fan speeds. Our room was very hot and we could not get air conditioning as rooms on the other side of the building were cooler.

Beautiful historic property with an amazing pool and swim area amongst the rocks. We loved it. Amazing buffet breakfast as well!

Spectacular views and rooms. Restaurant was great. Staff was excellent.

We were caught at the beginning of a family buy out of the hotel so was hard for those of us not part of the event to use the facilities. Luckily only overlapping one day.

Elegance, excellent service , great location and beach

A beautiful, elegant hotel with stunning decor, lovely views and a superb beach club and pool area. The large gardens are lush and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was varied and fantastic. Our room was huge with a lovely big bathroom. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel it really is exceptional.

The facilities were fantastic and breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly.

It was our honeymoon and it wasn't acknowledged at all, was a bit disappointing as all our other hotels had at least written us a little note saying happy honeymoon

Weird one but the omelette chef was incredibly rude and was seemingly taking his frustrations out on the guests (heard a few people say similar things).

What is not to like ? Everything about this hotel is beautiful . From breakfast to view to location to dinner to the beach club . Superb Very helpful staff .

Coffee machine in room depends on availability . But we got one after day two which was nice .
