I liked everything

A fantastic hotel, with a great location near the train station and with an amazing view over the bay and the gardens. Sitting on the lounge chair in the balcony and enjoying the view and the silence of the place or enjoying some SPA hours at Le Tamerici, was a very relaxing and awakening experience. The breakfast was in the main restaurant of the hotel, with the same spectacular view accompanied with champagne and various delicious food from the buffet. The staff was attentive to detail and to customers as well. From breakfast to dinner they recognized us and already knew our room number ? The staff at the reception were professional and very 'gentili', from the gentiluomo who welcomed us to the beautiful Geraldina who helped us with the check out. Fully recommend this hotel to get away from the routine and find yourself.

Expansive waterfront property, out to the natural stone decks and access to the sea.

Spa has a indoor outdoor pool, but it has various steps in the pool underwater that r hard to see causing stub toes etc

The sea view was amazing. Quite at night. The staffs are super friendly and willing to help. Had a great vacation with them.

Beautiful location. The various levels looking over the water and the gardens are very picturesque. Sitting on the lounge chair by the Mediterranean was very relaxing and the view was spectacular! Breakfast was reasonable.

Superb service by Moreno especially, and his staff. Excellent food at donner.

Just a small detail regarding the restaurant in front of the beach during lunch time, the chef or the leader of the restaurant was a bit rude, just for asking a simple question the representation of the grilled fish was poor half small fish and lettuce was 26 euro and potatoes a part so I was shocked not from being afraid to pay but was poor the dish at least 1 entire fish grilled and lettuce would be fine for orata fish to eat in front of the beach. But giving me half small didn't match the price so I asked the leader of them if there is something missing or I didn't understand or maybe I didn't remember what I have ordered and his reaction was a bit rude Infront of people setting there and that ruined my day I came to have fun and respect as I was with him and everyone. So this is just small detail. Everything could change and fixed but the behavior with people do affect more.The rest was best ☺️

Grounds of this hotel is beautiful. Kept up very well and is overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was very nice and so was the lounge. Staff was friendly and professional. Clean place overall. Walking distance to many restaurants in Portofino.

Hotel was sold as having a pool and beach connected. However, both are extra...when paying $550 pr night, that should have been included. So in essence it was $100 more per day if we wanted to lay on a sunchair. Not cool....

The staff was outstanding they did everything to make us comfortable and welcomed. The room was small for the price I paid, but the view was stunning this made up for the small space.

The extra fees we had to use for any of the pool and lounge chairs. I will say the area they created for swimming was and eating by the water was worth the extra money.

The rooms are small and very minimalistic.Reception staff are very surly. There are extra charges for almost anything ... charge to use their swimming pool, charge for the loungers at the beach, charge for parking, Charge if you want an omelet or poached egg. and we are talking about EUR 25 to 35Too many add on charges.

Location, staff, our room had a beautiful view. We loved our stay there.

We paid a tariff that included breakfast, the eggs were extra charge (15 euros)... I think it was very expensive. Other than that we had a great experience.

Great location and view. Beach is fantastic; probably best in town. Staff is very friendly. High quality of service.

Hotel is very old, needs renovation. First day they gave us a very bad room; even the sheets were wet due to humidity. Shower was leaking and very old furniture. However, they have removed us to a much better room next day immidiately. New room is good however balconies are very close to each other. Not possible to sit in the balcony, no privacy.

Not a very nice crew at check in for a 4 star hotelRooms very small and dated Small elevator Our room was suppose to have a beautiful view of hill but it was more view of road The hairdryer was so old and hardly working and we tried to call front desk but they never answered The hotel is on a hill and to walk to Town vas easy going but not coming back for someone with a bad knee or bad hips Breakfast was not very good … Rolls were dry and toast was pre toasted , eggs was hard boiled and was green inside A mess at checkout between our room and our friends room ? I would NOT give the hotel at 4 star more like a 3
