Spacious room, fabulous shower, refrigerator, small balcony, good air conditioning, great location, good breakfast buffet, on site parking.

Gym consists only of 1 treadmill, 1 multifunctional weight machine, and a set of free weights. We followed the instructions for the safe, but it wouldn't work.

Everything was great, comfortable spacious room. Great services! We appreciated the window blinds.

The reception could be better and the general areas need to be updated. Also the staff on the reception desk need to be more polite and they don’t have enough information to provide to the guest. People on the breakfast are great!

The room was extremely small and unattractive. Bathroom nice.We booked 3 rooms so they should have been more or less the same. Ours was definitely the worst, very disappointed. Glad it was only for one night or I would have complained.None of the rooms looked like the advertising photos. Very annoying.# 201

It got no swiming pool , nor parking

Small hotel in heart of town , walking distance to the beach and restaurants .. no car needed .. good breakfast.. rooms cleaned every day and very well . White., cleans cotton bed linen !

For me minus that you have to pay daily for car park … and in a week it end up a good sum of money€ :)

The only thing that could be improved is the pillows, which were not very comfortable.

Some staff were friendly, while others didn’t even smile. I liked how they handled requests. Nice location.

There was a lot of dust on the lampshades and on the headboard of the bed. Only one complimentary bottle of still water was provided for 3 guests.I requested a late check-out at 12pm, but exactly at 11am the housekeeper knocked on my door, even though I had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. I explained to her that I had late check-out, but she shouted at me, saying: “There are a lot of rooms that are not checking out and it’s already late”. As if she were blaming me, even though I had requested it at reception.

Classic Italian Hotel, nice facilities, very good breakfast choices, friendly staff. In the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure.

Parking is an issue - they offer valet parking which can be a nuisance if you need the car a lot (need to inform 30 mins before). Parking is difficult in Santa Margherita (no long term parking, charged by the hour until midnight)Streets are very loud (Motorini!), no chance to sleep with open windows. Luckily, sound insulation is very good with closed windows.

The hotel is outdated and needs updating, and there is a parking problem.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and was close enough that we walked with our bags. Check- in was easy and the staff were friendly.The room was spacious and well appointed. Lovely decor and a great bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices of fresh fruit, eggs and bacon, pastries, cold cuts , cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt & cereal. They also had fresh eggs that you can cook to your own preference.

Somewhat historic facility with very interesting interior decor. Good breakfast.

A little difficult to find. It's tucked into an area about one block "north" of city center round about. GPS could not locate. The actual location is good, just hard to initially find.

The stair hand rail was filthy. So dirty I couldn’t touch it.The bin and toilet brush in bathroom need to be replaced. They have served their purpose. Not acceptable for 4 star hotel or any stars for that matter.

Big room and great location and breakfast was nice

Nothing really maybe a swimming pool but beach was close, foyer was a bit outdated
