Never stayed had to book a different place. I searched on the web site for a hotel for 2 adults and 2 children. This hotel came up as an option on the search. After I booked, then I get a confirmation that says that this hotel is only 2 people max.

Unreasonable return policy. I attempted to refund immediately after receiving a confirmation email that it only accepted max 2 people but refund request was denied.

Very large room and we had 2 toilets and showers for 3 people and there was an extra room in order to dry our clothes, and gave us water bottles. The hotel is very accessible too with 2 elevators from outside and another elevator to your room floor. 15min walk from the train station. The bus stop is 4 mins of walk in order to get to portofino. Great place to stay in

In a great location beautiful rooftop pool reception guy was great in helping us get a taxi 3 am!! Very nice spot near the water and shops. Definitely recommend

Building atmosphere, more similar to an office. Parking inadequate for the amount of patrons..

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and had an amazing view — they truly gave us one of the best. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to help with any questions or requests.The location was perfect — within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the city center. There was also a bus every 15 minutes to Portofino, which made getting around very easy.

The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but overall, it didn’t take away from the great experience we had. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay! Parking was a bit tricky but we were lucky enough to get a space on arrival!

I've got free upgrade to a room with sea view and big balcony. Room and toilet were very spacious and clean, pool is open from 10-19, but you can use it on your own risk outside of those hours too and the view is amazing. Upper lobby has a free-to-use piano and comfy sofas. Breakfast was pretty decent. Position is perfect and people I've talked to were really nice.

I wish I could've reserved parking spot. Another garage is pretty close, but price is double.

Great pool, good location, large rooms

The flags are super ugly and ruin the sight at the sea. Some details seem to be missing for 4-star place.

They must add lugagge service. When i opened slide door for the balcony the room was full of flying end and mosquetos. They must add something for the soor to prevent flying end to enter. The toillet facilities was too old they must renew it. They must carpet the room to be more cozy.

The bed was comfortable . The view of the room was amazing. The breakfast was also great.

The hot shower in the evening does not work well. I had to open long till a bit of hot water come. In the morning has no problem.The parking seem to be limited. When you come during the peak season which is june july august, hotel can not guarantee space. It could be problem.

Location was great, view from room was nice, lots of room for storage, big balcony.

Property seems to be mid renovation. Good to see they are improving the property and did not effect our stay.

Needs renovation outside the room. The room was spacious and clean an value for money

Elevator was broken, no one is helping you with the luggages

All ladies at reception were super friendly and proffessional, I would give them 10 out of 10 as open, positive persons.Location was ok and as we had Junior suit room, parking was free for us, but not secured. Some corridors and some furniture was renewed. Room was large, we had own large terrace and fantastic view over bay. Bed was large, new and comfortable - best thing in the room :)Breakfast was comparably good.

But... the hotel should fight for 2 star level. It is written it has 4 stars. Yes, maybe 20 years ago. Room quality (except bed) was poor, few new furniture did not help. Swimming pool area and terrace looked ugly - was under cleaning or repairs, doors not functioning. Get more insights from pictures

The staff were friendly, the hotel and its location were great, everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good, and the room was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials.

The hot water wasn’t working. The staff kindly offered me another room, which I accepted, but the water was only warm. The TV had no signal, and there was no top sheet provided—only a heavy duvet. The air conditioning was also quite noisy.

This was my second visit here. The location is great, close to all the restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. I did think the price for one night in low season for what was provided, no breakfast and paid parking disappointing. They have signs everywhere to save water but had to spend 10 minutes with the hot tap running before getting any hot water. Rooms could do with amenities like a coffee pod machine, kettle etc just for that bit extra. Apart from my comments above staff were lovely and very helpful.

Impossible to have full dark (curtains are not blocking day light) which was not ideal with our child Parking is very small, we had to remove our car earlier than planned (initially the hotel would let us have our car even after check out, but in the end they called us 20mn later to ask us to remove the car

Good room, small but with the big balcony and sea view. Good breakfast, very nice town, easy parking, good place for running to the nearby towns. Supermarket and some restaurants nearby.

The location is very central and easy to get to. The room had a balcony with a great view of the bay. The parking is free of charge. The breakfast is good. The internet access worked smoothly.

There were some problems with the hot water. Some of the elevators didn’t work which caused delays. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, though there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
