Mediterraneo Emotional Hotel & Spa

This is a fabulous, quaint hotel with lots of character and charm. It's an older building but has been well maintained and the amenities are excellent. The Hotel Employee and her husband are very friendly and charming hosts and serve an excellent breakfast.

Loved the location near the harbor. Staff, food, and spa were wonderful!

Tiny room with wobly matress. you could hear people in the room next door and hallway.

The staff was on point. Extremely nice and helpful. Bathroom was quite pretty The facilities were also clean. The spa is also great and I definitely recommend the massage.

Could have more comfortable beds in the honeymoon suite. They unfortunately used two single beds. And breakfast is a bit too expensive for what it is.

Great location, have both underground and outside parking , great breakfast, walking distance to the beach and restaurants , although located in downtown it’s very quite and peaceful, very helpful great staff

The stuff on the reception was very ruff, even we book with booked family room on booking they make mistake and they gave us small room in the middle of the night. And after change the room and the room was not ready we start to prepare the second bed for kids!The room was very old and with broken stuff ( stairs and curtains) the money was not valuable.

The staff were very good — welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations, especially considering this is a 4-star hotel in Santa Margherita.

There was no kettle provided in the room, and no ironing service or laundry bag available. The bathroom amenities were also lacking — there was no body lotion, and we had to specifically request conditioner. The bed was not a double as expected but 2 single ones with a double bedsheet on top covering the fault. During breakfast, we later learned that some items could be ordered separately (not from the buffet), but this was never communicated to us. Additionally, there was a service fee for beach towels. The room had a shared balcony, which offered no privacy and detracted from the overall experience. Finally, I found it quite unreasonable that the hotel charged for bottled water, something that is typically offered as a basic courtesy in hotels of this category.

I really liked the location of the hotel and atmosphere with spa option.

My only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were very hard and flat everything else was exceptional.

ROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL - SO SMALL THAT I HAD TROUBLE WITH MY LARGEST SUITCASE ON THE FLOOR

Great location, our suite was nice size, included use of spa which was enjoyable. Nice traditional breakfast. Staff always helpful. Easy walk to bus and ferry to Portofino. Onsite parking. Bed comfortable. Easy access by car.

The location was convenient

Most everything about the hotel was not welcoming. The woman at check-in was cold and rude; the room was so small that one of us had to walk into the bathroom to pass the other; there was no nightstand or dresser to put our things and the shower floor was so slick that my partner nearly fell. Breakfast was boring and everything extra was a charge. Parking fee was outrageous, so we easily found a free spot within a short walking distance. Absolutely off-putting experience, too expensive and not worth the price. Will never stay there again and won’t recommend.

Uncomfortable bed being two singles together. It was like sleeping on an ironing board.

Onsite parking was EXPENSIVE. There was not a lot of choice at breakfast.The elevator was temperamental.

The breakfast was poor. Did not re-fill plates often. Staff not friendly! Location was the only good thing.

I made this reservation in MARCH. They put my niece and me in the annex. Was not clean: saw bugs crawling on floor. NOISY!!!!

The location is perfect Staff very friendly , kind and helpful. They should earn the stars of the hotel ;)
