the front desk is always welcoming and start the hotel stay properly

At the beginning my wife was disappointed at our room in the Dependance section. However Anita went out her way to accommodate my wife and changed us to the main complex. The rooftop pool and views were beyond compare, we spent many hours after a swim and then some wine with an outstanding view of the harbor. We have to commend the staff or Anita, Anastasia and Giovanna they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, many thanks to them.

Perfectly good room. Not huge and not much character, but comfortable, well air-conditioned, and enough space to leave my suitcase open on the floor. Bathroom small but fine. No view, and not on the beach, but right across the road from it, and right at the bottom of the trail to walk to Portofino through the hills. 24/7 front desk, so arriving late was no problem. Given how little space there is in and around Portofino I think this was a good find.

I could see out through the floor to ceiling balcony windows even when the curtains were closed, so I suppose people outside could see in at night when I had the light on. The parking worked fine for me because I found a normal space, but I understood that if I hadn't found a normal space I would have had to go to the back of the lot to have my car lifted into a space by a machine.

The location and cleanliness!

The breakfast is a separate pay. The hotel room is already very expensive even without breakfast.

Good Location, clean basic room

was in a seperate building to the main property which isn’t advertised clearly. This building was very outdated compared to the main building

The hotel is in a prime location and the staff were very lovely

The beach club that looks like it’s part of the hotel is not included in the booking fee. You have to pay an extra €50 for the chairs

It was clean and the staff was nice. The minibar was a positive.

Nothing as we were put into an old part which was less then 2 star but charged for 4 star . We were misled and paying a lot for small room with no tea and coffee as was advertised

It was old room 2 star or less small with no facilities as advertised, the property is away from main building and yet the same name , they fraudulently advertised but the property was very old compared to to what they showed in the booking time . Over priced and poor

Breakfast was delicious, the staff were very inviting and friendly. Our room had an amazing view and a comfortable bed, we wish we could have stayed more nights. Location was great, right in the middle of everything we wanted to see (Portofino and the Town center). Hope to see you again soon!

Excellent location!! Clean rooms and lovely restaurant and bar area, also extra areas for relaxing.Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly.

We spent only one night but overall a nice stay and very convenient location.

My room was a sea view room but unfortunately there was only one small window for the sea view!

The space the hotel offered. The lovely relaxed breakfast time and the breakfast itself.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was lovely, overlooking the bay and with mountains in the distance. The hotel is right on the bus route with a stop outside that takes you into Portofino.

The lack of plugs and the location of them in the room made it difficult to charge our devices. The bar was a bit strange and the barman was banging around. The parking wasn't cheap but it is what it is.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful and convenient location, also beautiful view from the top floor. I recommend.

A wonderful location with a roof top pool, easy walk into town and fantastic views of the area.

From start to finish we were welcomed. The buffet breakfast was excellent and Michela was a delight. The pool was a welcoming and clean. Access to beach and facilities was fantastic. Found whole experience totally relaxing and would happily recommend. ?

Did not like the room or bathroom nor the location of the hotel.However, very impressed with the parking, which we had to pay.

Lovely hotel, shame Booking . Com have shit rooms at the back, this spoilt our holiday, the other main hotel rooms were fantastic!!!

The terrible rooms and that the A/C wasn’t working in 37* heat!!
