Excellent boutique hotel - quiet and calm!

Hot breakfast items require freshening but the rest of the meal was very good!

Beautiful little hotel, in a good location, lovely comfortable room, and excellent staff. Particular shout out to the fantastic lady at breakfast who was so kind and friendly, we loved everything about the hotel

The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was gorgeous. The property has recently been tastefully refurbished.We loved our stay at The Time and wished we could have been there longer.We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Very good location, walkable to almost everything. Staff was extremely friendly.

Lovely spot. Excellent breakfasts! Great to be just outside the hustle, bustle and noise yet only 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars.

A minor thing. Steps up are not ideal with luggage. But they do lend themselves to the visual appeal of the place.

Air conditioning could be a little bit more powerful

They keep things simple and perfect. Room was perfectly clean, beds comfy, toilet and shower clean. Helpful and nice staffs. Not far from the beach but as the same time away from tourists Chaos

A bit patchy wifi but not much else

Staff was great, they went out of their way to help me find places to visit. I made some great suggestions. The stair was the best part of my stay.

The biggest problem that I had with the property, was that the Jacuzzi was never running. It was always ice cold. I had hoped to be able to soak after a long day of walking around the town. The room I stayed in was called comic. And it had a comic motif. Trendy design, but not very comfortable. The one chair in the room was a plastic chair with the cartoon motif. It would’ve been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in and read instead of a chair that was just there for decoration.

A fantastic property that has been completely refurbished with all modern facilities and comfort. Staff are lovely, rooms fantastic and breakfast brilliant

Very good location close to everything, friendly staff, nice room.

Parts of breakfast - cold cuts, pastries - were not fresh at all. Lack of parking.

This boutique hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, and included a small balcony. The breakfast was a very large buffet with homemade pastries, espresso, bacon, eggs, and more.Lorenzo was friendly and helpful with suggestions on visiting Portofino and other sites. He held our luggage for us and arranged for a taxi as we waited in the breakfast room he had opened for us. It’s a short walk from the beach and many restaurants and stores.

Honestly nothing.

Our room was very modern and new. It was well isolated as well so rarely we heard noises during the night. The breakfast had a very good quality.

I think the price was a bit high.

Staff were very helpful. Quiet location but close to centre. Huge bathroom. Very clean.

As with all Ligurian towns, parking is difficult to find if you come by car.

It was a great location, clean and comfortable.

This quaint hotel was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. The modern facilities are a nice welcome in Italy! Plus the breakfast was great. We’d definitely stay here again.
