- It was conveniently located
- Originally booked 1bed room but that was upstairs which I could not climb because of a knee operation so they gave me a 2 bedroom on ground floor for the same price as a 1 bedroom.

- Everything else, there was debris and garbage throughout the hallways, furniture as well that was moldy because the building had extensive water damage to it. I was not made aware of this at check-in.
- I could not figure out how to turn the tv on but was only simple after shown
- We had to change rooms 4 times to get a room that was in anyway suitable. They refused to give a refund. The blinds were busted. The ceiling was sagging. The wall paneling was coming off. Just a total disaster!

Very friendly staff
I did not like that an emergency came up and was still charged full price for room. Then when checking in they had a memo posted about cancellation policy except for emergencies.
