Very friendly and helpful staf, lovely facilities. The garden is amazing, the Pool tranquil.

The views and the big, but cold pool. The room was comfortable for our stay.

The pool should be heated and no fridge in the room. The cost of the car park was too expensive so we parked on the street for free.

Great relaxing time. Liked the restaurant and bar terrace. Pretty chill with big cozy public spaces

Far away from everything, they have a shuttle bus to town but not working in weekend and just few trips/day. Not good entertainment, pool closed quite early and spa not often open

I liked the room and the facilities.

The food was in very few options, the room terrace was not covered and, when it rained, it got filled with water. There is no carpet on the floors. We have had some loud neighbours. The terrace door was not locking properly.

The Hotel was immaculate. Our twin room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and food was well presented. The variety of food altered across our three night stay. Staff were very friendly and helped to meet our needs quickly. We requested a kettle and a room safe key both of which were sorted quickly. We used the spa which was fantastic, we booked ahead and during our visit there were six adults including us using the facilities. The staff in the spa were kind and very accommodating. The bar staff were very kind and went out of their way to help us. They were very busy and worked exceptionally hard despite being challenged by some guests at times!

Sadly, some of the other hotel guests were rude and noisy. Obviously this was not the hotel's fault and timing was unfortunate on our part. Hotel staff were clearly aware of the disruption and the unsociable behaviour and worked hard to meet the needs of all guests.

Staff were friendly, helpful, location was great.

Food was average, there were cockroaches in dining room, beddings look very old, there were bones in some fish which was a huge hazard for my kids, as a Muslim- we didn’t have any meat options for dinner so fish were the only options, there were not much of vegetarian options as well

There is not a single night where we were not woken up by drunken guests yelling in the hallways or banging on doors. The problem is not the hotel but the clientele.

Food wasn't great, alot of pork and fish . Also the snack area for hot snacks was closed

The food was very much the same most days, the staff were friendly, but in general this hotel lacked in entertainment and food choices in and out of meal times.

The evening entertainment was shockingly bad, the food was ok for all inclusive, the reception were not very helpful when I needed a drink for my 3 year old in the middle of the night. The kids club and activities were not very good.

The food was horrible. The hotel needs maintenance in a big way. Bathrooms smell bad and shower was clogged. Beds and furniture was old and in a bad shape. Elevators did not work. I would never recommend this place

Staff very friendly, food was ok a bit repetitive. entertainment, some good could be better, but ok.

Most of the sun lounges were broken, and the food very repetitive. pool was cold. could at times have more bar staff working. the hotel is looking like it needs a face lift. it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as the was no where to go to out of normal opening time to get a coffee/tea, especially late at night and early morning.

Myself and friends meet up every August to recharge our batteries because we are all exucators. Unfortunately the hotel was loud. My room was directed in front of the swimming pool and sun loungers. The evening entertainment was 100 meters away and was extremely loud.

The noise, location of my room, food and the hotel needs refurbished. It smells damp and the bedding is old and discolored.

Would be nice if some drinks other than water were included in half board. Maybe just at breakfast or just at dinner. Still great value overall and would go back!

Pool great, food a little limited but good, room clean and tidy and regular clean. Only exception was young people on the hotel list arriving drunk late in early hours after a night out and losing their keys and causing a commotion . Hotel may consider limiting clientele or guests

The staff were fantastic, food was great. Pool and slide offered lots of fun for the children. Entertainers were amazing. Rooms were clean. Was an overall lovely stay.

Everything was really surprisingly clean all the time and the dining hall staff collected used plates away really fast. The daily cleaning and 24h front desk worked great. Room was spacious with big balcony, but the view was not that great.There was free minigolf (with deposit for putters and balls), but the courses were pretty beat up especially at the tees. Food in breakfast, lunch and dinner was plentiful but mostly pretty bland and similar every day (which can be a good or a bad thing depending on your tastes, daily routines and habits), but you can always season it yourself if it’s too bland, as there was a fairly good assortment of condiments. There was almost always free roadside parking near the hotel, except after dark they were all always full.

Communication. Nowhere in the Booking website or in my reservation it was told that the Spa was not in use and under renovation at the time of our stay. That was one of the key reasons why we booked this hotel, otherwise we would have booked another place.We also had high expectations of the place, but we did not want to eat there every day three times, so we chose half board instead all inclusive, but lo and behold, that was a mistake on our end. It was not communicated anywhere in advance or at the resort or in the Booking website that only the all inclusive included other drinks than water with meals, so we had to contact Booking customer support whats the deal. Also they didn’t tell that all-inclusive also included other perks like free drinks at the bar too. Unless you knew that already, which we didn’t (and should not be assumed from travelers), we most likely would’ve gone with all inclusive instead of half board.Pool water was not heated, at least in the winter. It was REALLY cold, even in the jacuzzi, which I’ve personally never experienced before. Also pool was open only from 10-17.Location. If you have not rented a car, this hotel is pretty far from everywhere by walking and the bus only traveled very seldomly to/from the Pto Cruz center. Unless you had a car in use, you are pretty much stuck at the resort or need to walk everywhere or take the paid attractions.The entertainment was mostly amateur level, and bingo was WAY too fast. I’m used to playing with no background noise with numbers coming every 10-12 seconds, not every 5 seconds while music is blasting at full volume. Also ”varietee show” was just a dance show, not varietee.Some of the especially older male staff were really really rude and that really made us not feel welcome, but all female staff were really nice to us.

The food was okey, they people in the reseption was very nice to us.

Hey! My stay at blue sea was just fine, what i really didnt like was the beds, they were stained, and the ,marks looked like maybe it was old food or blood that was stained on the bed, i was really unhappy with this. And i expect to get a response to this mail, because i did not think my money was worth the dirty bed. Also the maids were rude, they put our towels in the bidet? I dont know why they did this, but we were very upset with this. This was very disrespectful of them to do.
