I like they serve fruit and some vegetables at breakfast

Room 904 had a smell of sewage. I put stoppers in all drains and added water then closed the bathroom door that made it better. My key card failed 3 times and the elevators only seem to work in the middle so it was a long wait to get back and forth to open my room.

Nothing to expect from this hotel

The hotel building doesn’t seem to be in good condition. The best days of the hotel are gone. Staff at the front desk was ok (even though some of them didn’t speak English at the level one would expect and they were answering in spanish or german), but the staff in the hotel restaurant was unprofessional and inattentive. The food wasn’t tasty. The half-board or even all-inclusive aren’t worth paying. The mattress in the room was probably there since the hotel was opened, I couldn’t even sleep… some spider nets in the room as a bonus… the ceiling in the bathroom was rusty. The hotel was probably nice and modern but 20-30 years ago…

I paid for 2 nights and they took 6nights and said not refundable and told me to send a email and they don’t respond

Breakfast was good, location not bad 10 minutes walk to zoo and resteraunts.

New years dinner was cold and not worth the money

Room view on the 11th floor was pretty nice, could see all the see and the beach. Nice bed. Shower in the room I was is extremely good. Food for breakfast and dinner had very good options. The bar and the outside areas have comfy sofas and chairs for both day and night time. Great swimming pool. I would definitely stay again.

No basic drinks included in the dinner.

The location of the hotel is very good

Breakfast was uniformly boring all week. The dinner had a lot of variety, but the quality of the food was not good. You could feel the frugality when putting together the menu. I was also in the city last year in another four-star hotel, where breakfast and dinner were much better. Champagne was prepared every morning at the other place, here only on Sundays. And it was also undrinkably bad. The coffee machine and soda machine made an undrinkable drink. I only drank coffee twice a week, but I regretted that too. Coffee is important to a coffee drinker, and here it was a huge disappointment.

The staff member cooking the fresh food was very rude and miserable

The room was good and breakfast was equally good.

However, your policy of 'all inclusive' is very wrong, abusive and inappropriate.The fact that I cannot buy a drink for someone else simply because he or she did not have all inclusive is abusive and degrading. Someone who pays for double but attended alone or his partner does not drink should be able to get double drink and give the other to who ever he or she prefers. I did not paid for all inclusive but paid for breakfast and dinner. Occasionally, I paid to buy my drinks and couple of times my friends on our table bought me a drink with their all inclusive and most especially a lady who paid for herself and her husband, but the husband didn't attend.She was constantly harassed for buying two drinks instead of one, but she paid for double. She would obviously not be refunded for her husband not attending. This attitude is not acceptable and it put me off your radar for next time.

I liked the location and the friendly staff.

No free drinks at dinner, small TV.

The only thing good was the view.

Very old and dated. The hotel sticks. The pictures are not true to life. I was very disappointed as I went for my birthday and booked a 4 star hotel but this was a 2 star if that.

Personal was excellent, cleaning was every day, a lot of options to choose from what to eat on breakfast, all inclusive drinks were very - you can choose what and how much you want of selected alcohol

Matresses were not the best, meat options for lunches and dinners were not the bestLive cooking of meat was a failure - very often the meat was undercookedMain dining room was closed for a 2 days - meat was done on grill

Staff was really good and friendly.

Food was poor quality. Vegetables were not fresh. Food was served in different room for 2 days and we had to wait and there were less options of food to choose from, only one grill and meat was not fully cooked...

We don’t really stay in a hotel so couldn’t rate the services, bar is reasonable priced for those not staying all inclusive and but the breakfast is Amazing!

The bed is very uncomfortable and you only get one pillow. No coffee facilities and no free bottle of water like most hotels do.. fridge wasn’t even plugged in.

I liked it!

The alcoholic English neighbor! Slamming the door, shouting, fighting and all this between midnight and 04:00 in the morning!! It didn't take long for us to fight! These must be thrown out of the accommodation!

Breakfast - good choice buffet style. Evening meal - good choice and variety of different dishes - serve yourself. Room spacious. Near to beach and bus station.

Balcony very small. Our room was across from the lift which was noisy. However, we asked to be changed and they honoured our request.

When I was first checked in my room was 619, right next to 3 lifts with one tiny window. all I could hear was the constant screeching of the lifts as they moved up and down the shafts next to me, I complained 10 minutes later but I had to wait 2 days to get moved to a new room. the Wifi was very poor in this room too and would only work when near the door

Big venue, closely located to the nicest beach in Puerto de la Cruz. Very polite and helpful receptionists. Wide range of food for breakfast (however not everything is tasty).

Quite old building with slow elevators.

5 minutes till Ocean, the best views Playa Jardin. Very good everything, good breakfast, big pool, good personnel.

bed linen was not changed even once a week

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had half board. Wifi was good and media streaming. Very close to bus station and supermarket. There are also parking spaces if you rent a car. The nearest beach is 300 meters down the street.

Furniture is a bit outdated. The mattress is too soft for my opinion. Everything else was great.
