- The location is good and the breakfast is tasty. Stuff at the restaurant knew everything about food alergies and gluten-free food wasn’t a problem for them.
- Really clean and well styled apart from the basement which could do with a bit of a facelift but great value for money. The staff were all lovely, especially the waiters and waitresses who worked very hard and cleared plates immediately. Highly recommend.
- Good breakfast and a lovely pool. Enough sun loungers, even though some collapsed. A lovely activities team with lots to do for everyone. Next to the hotel a ridge walk starts, connecting the ridge hotels. If you dare you can take the lift of the nearby hotel down the cliff to the road. If the bathroom smells, because there is no trap, bend the drain pipe to make a u-bend. See photo.
Cons -
- The disco music playing almost all the time, the bass sound was unbearable - it was very difficult to chill out in the room.
- We stayed on the 6th floor, directly below the rooftop terrace on the 7th floor, where a disco party took place every night. We were unable to sleep because the music was extremely loud, and people were yelling, partying, and even jumping above our heads. The party usually ended sometime after 2 a.m., and sleeping before that was impossible. We complained at the reception every night around midnight, but we were told that nothing could be done, and it felt like nobody really cared about our situation. If you want to party, this might be a good hotel for you — but if you want to sleep, I recommend choosing another place. The room also wasn’t clean. The bathroom was old, and the smell coming from it was horrible.
- Building and swimming pool looks shabby, outdated. Bar was out of service. Not kids friendly. Windows not doubleglazed although the main street is very busy and loud/noisy until late evening and early morning . Desserts not of great quality at all. Same for the wine.

Spotless room and some friendly staff. Safe surroundings, easy to park. Nice and diverse buffet.

Staff was very very friendly
There’s no gym, you have to cross the street and go to next door. Consequently, you can’t go when you want, it’s with a list…
Great location in La Paz and luxury to have the hotel bus service to go to city centre
My room was too noisyon. It was one the second floor on the sea side. You could hear the cars coming and going all day and night. Just under my balcony.
The hotel is easily accessible by car or bus. There is no hotel parking, but there is park space on the street and it is mostly flat. La Paz Bus bus station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean. There is a bar on the roof. The staff, for the most part, were friendly.
- We had a room, which can be a twin room (there is a door to the other room, which is locked), so you can hear everything that the guests are saying in that other room. There were quite noisy guests in the room next to us, who shouted for hours and slammed the door repeatedly, so you won't get much sleep if you were in a similar situation. Also, the rooms are generally not soundproofed.- Safe box in this 4 star hotel is not included in the price. There is an additional charge- We had half board, which was generally ok, but considering that we have visited a large part of Spain and been to dozens of hotels all over Spain, I can say that the food is not so varied for a 4-star hotel. Many 3-star hotels had a more varied meals.- We had an early checkout (6am), so in the lobby of the hotel across the street, they gave us sweet croissants and coffee for breakfast. In other hotels, it is a practice to serve at least cheese and ham in the hotel restaurant to make a basic sandwich.
Clean rooms, nice views from balcony. Average variety of food, not the biggest, but very enough to choose. There is a rooftop bar and another one downstairs.
Our room had a mild smell of sewer (it might be a cleaning solutions or so), but it wasn’t bad. Also hotel doesn’t provide iron, so keep in mind that you might need to buy your one.The hotel doesn’t have allocated parking space but lots of space along the street further down. If you park early, you will get a chance to get a spot closer to hotel.
So , it was very, very old , the restaurant staff were understaffed and they couldn't restock the food as fast as it should be done so there was not much to choose from, they were unbelievable kind and helpful but to don't even have a iron for clothes... that is bad !!!
Cleanliness
Good food, don't know what some people have to complain about.
There is a lot of noise in the evening and early hours from the people in the street and the nightclub in the hotel opposite
Staff were amazing. The hotel was spotless, food was lovely.
Only flaw was food could have been hotter , although there was a microwave.
Room was clean and comfortable, big enough. Room service was cleaning and exchanging towels everyday if you wanted to. Pretty much options to eat during meals, but after several days it become a little monotonous. In general i can recommend this hotel.
Great family holiday weather could have been better very good hotel staff very helpful had a very god time thank you ?
Nothing really bit of a walk to town centre but courtesy bus was great
Clean room, view of El Teide
We had paid for half board included in our stay. The food was the same every morning and every evening, very poor selection, it was repetitive and at the end of the week we didn’t even know what to eat anymore. You also weren’t able to drink anything else than water unless you paid 3€ per drink, even if it was just orange juice or tea. Every morning there was 3 types eggs and bacon, in the evening it was pizza and fries every day, so we were very very disappointed, because we had been to a lot of hotels even with less stars and they had much better food and service. The staff members didn’t even greet us one time, only at our arrival and checking in.The swimming pool was a disaster, the water was ice cold and almost half of the sun beds were broken, so we couldn’t even enjoy and sunbathe. There is NO private parking, the parking is on the side of the road, accessible to everyone so every day we spent half of our evenings looking for a free parking spot, and had to park far away every time.In the rooms there was no hand soap and no body wash, which is so disappointing because EVERY hotel room needs to have that! You are paying for good service, unless I would have gone to an apartment.I also have to mention that the location is very unenviable, every night was so loud because of the insanely loud music, and the noise didn’t stop until 1am, there was also a lot of screaming in the hallways. One thing that annoyed me the most was that the trucks were coming to pick up or unload the trash at 10 or 11 PM in the night and it was so loud that we woke up every time because it disturbed our sleep so much, they should be doing that throughout the day. The hotel doesn’t follow the “night peace” rule. There is no right AC just the ventilation and it is so loud that we had to keep it on low or turn it off to be able to sleep wellI most definitely wouldn’t rate this hotel with 4 stars because it deserves way less, rather 2 or 3. There is no professionalism.
The location was good and the sea view from the room was beautiful
The reception and staff were not friendly when we had special enquiriesThere was no vegan option at all. We paid for an all inclusive and we had to get every day our food at an external restaurant opposite the hotel. The hotel didn't do any effort to make simple vegan food (or buy breakfast at the restaurant opposite which was only 2 minutes from the hotel). When discussing with the chef or reception about this they didn't bother and recommended to claim our money back and to look for another hotel. On the last day we had to leave early for our flight back. As the breakfast was not opened yet I asked i15 minutes before opening of breakfast f I could get some fruit. This was also refused as management didn't allow to open the buffet 15' before the official opening times. This was the worst vacation ever
Location and the bed was confortable..price ok
No shower gel ...no slippers..no robes.. Not a 4 stars hotel. The windows..fonic isolation..very very bad
food generally good rooms comfortable and clean and good beds staff lovely, poor area very tired and needs a makeover, most of the staff lovely, bar staff could be a bit miserable but other staff lovely, quite a few broken sunbeds, no kettle in the room as expected, we may have been able to get one from reception but it wasn’t an issue, location was good lovely bars and restaurants close by
pool area and entertainment poor
Clean, different facilities, good location, friendly and helpful staff
There were mice running around
Enjoyed the room with a 5star sea view. I arrived a few hours early, not expecting to check in. I’m not sure why but they checked me in immediately & upgraded my room to the 6th floor. The pool & sunbathing area was fantastic. Areas where you can sun for as long as you want to, or shady areas. Some nice ambient chill music playing softly. Had the half board package & the restaurant had everything you need, a good variation of buffet.
