Some staff are kind. Sadly, they can't even decide small things.

Food is super bad. No taste, super low quality on every product. You can be diarrhea because of not well cooked meat. Some managers are rude. Those kind of people should not work in hospitality. Some rooms are super old, smelling dust. I don't recommend anyone staying here for peace of mind.

-Some staff were nice. They were doing their best.-A little renovation made rooms look nice.

-no lock at bathroom, no privacy,-locker for valuable things is not working,-air conditioning is only for cooling, not nice for cold nights,-no cleaning or changing sheets even for whole 8 days,-super strange behaviors from managers, they have bad communication skills, they never try to help, (the one looks like a cowboy, he wears a red kit style shoe, appeared on Friday evening and was full of ego and questioned us for the event room we paid and use, never introduced himself, he was so rude)-if you are HB, staff come and ask 3 euro from fountain drinks you take and no one informed us before about this. If they put fountain drinks public at dinner saloon, they should not ask extra payment.-the food is tasteless. All food has no taste. Everything is low quality ad cheap products.-Grilled food is usually raw and makes you sick and diearrhia.

Breakfast: Plastic chairs and mediocre food - ok but not something you tell your friends about.

Large compounds, can enjoy and access to both. Can try foods in both restaurants.

It was clean when I arrived at property. Food was fresh and actually not bad.

1. The room wasn't cleaning during my stay there. Only changed towels and bed fixes.2. Gym. Service is awful, if to count that it works from 9.00 to 19.00 last entry and you have booked it upfront. If the gym is important for customers then it is the worst choice of the hotel.(Some people like to do exercises before breakfast. Here it is not possible).3. I had an issue with a door lock. I couldn't open my door so I was like 3 times going to the reception (and it is far away, in a different building) . I was really angry to spend my time trying to open the door and then move to the reception to change the card (so I could open the door) and go back.

Very clean, friendly staff, big room and bathroom Good breakfast, I didn't enjoy dinner as much tho as I am vegetarian and there weren't many hot veggie meals

I chosen this hotel also because it meant to have gym- I work out nearly every day and I was not informed that the gym is currently closed for renovations or something else. I was told to go gym in the area - it was €5 per entry, could have saved that.

The room was surprisingly big, the receptionists were super helpful.The cleaning staff were lovely and very bright people.

They decided to do pool maintenance in the middle of the day at the main pool.The food was underwhelming but ok.We experienced problems with one of the keys until the checkout day.

The terrace door couldn't be locked. The safe didn't appear to work either. The bathroom door wouldn't open fully because of the toilet.Shower curtains would stick on the body during showers.

Cheap basic hotel.If you're looking for a cheap basic hotel, it could be an option. I'm not sure how the hotel qualifies as 4 stars. The facilities are very dated, but functional. We were a large party of various families and children of different ages.Wheelchairs.We had one teenager with a leg injury using crutches. The hotel was extremely accommodating, providing us with a wheelchair on loan. I don't think this is a service they provide, so it was greatly appreciated. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, even though some of the ramps were quite steep.Convenience.There are three hotels in the complex. Sometimes we had to walk from one hotel to the next to check in, then walk back to our rooms. Not very convenient. However, during our stay there was a general strike of hotel workers. The hotel provided a minimum service, which we all thought was sufficient under the circumstances.Location.Quite a walk away from the centre and the natural pools. Mostly downhill, not so easy with a wheelchair, but a pleasant walk. The hotel has a free bus shuttle service, but we didn't use this.Staff.Overall most of the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Some specific staff members were incredibly rude. A very bad choice to be front of house/maitre and working with the public. They left a bad impression of the hotel.Restaurant.The food in the breakfast, dinner has variety, however was quite low quality. If you are looking for an easy experience to get the kids fed, it's probably fine. However, if you are looking for something a little nicer (more like a 4 star hotel) this is not for you.Cleanliness.After reading many reviews about bedbugs, we double-checked and saw no signs of bedbugs. It felt clean enough and the cleaning staff were helpful.Pool bar.The pool bar had limited drinks, premixed etc. The drinks are sold in plastic cups that came with a 1€ deposit. The staff were pleasant.

In the dining room some staff members (gentleman with glasses, young guy, young girl) were friendly and helpful, however the lady working as maitre seems to hate people. Not only was it with our group, but other guests complained of similar treatment. It created a very oppressive atmosphere in the dining room. Small people exercising the little power they have. It wasn't pleasant. This experience was every evening and morning. It was not only on one occasion. I plan to return to Tenerife with other family later in the year and this was enough to look for other accommodation.The dinner included water and other drinks were 3€ which seemed a little silly.

VERY CLEAN! Room was very clean and all public areas! Food was very good for price we paid! All staff were super super friendly!Size of room.and bed was amazing!Water very warm in bathroom!

Little difficult to learn the ways of the hotel. You check in a different hotel to where you stay, noone told us you have too book gym, pool towels you get from a different reception. Easily resolvable as could just be given a map and information sheet at check in.

The location was good loads of places to eat.

The beds had bugs in them, I hot bitten in a few places, the decor was very dated, the carpet worn out, and the room had not been cleaned properly, loads of dust There was no kettle in the rooms, and they didn't provide an iron. We were told there is a laundry service at a charge. All we wanted was to iron out a few creases that didn't require an ironing service.

Good position, big room and well cleaned

The buffet at dinner was always the same, poor quality and fish and meat were many times not cooked enough. My wife and I felt twice very bad after dinner in 9 days. In addition, rudely the waiters will present you the bill at the table to be paid immediately for drinks (3€ for each person if you take something apart from water - this is not written anywhere).Part of the staff was not polite.The playground for kids has been dirty for our whole stay (9 days) and there are dangerous screws for kids

Food was okay. A lot to choose from. Breakfast was the best for us.Snacks at the pool bar is slices of bread, ham and slices of cheese (self-assembly sandwich?)No bottles of water, for all inclusive- you have to get a small paper cup and fill it up at one of the restaurants if it’s open or the pool bar.Breakfast is in 2 buildings, not the one we were staying in. Lunch is only in 1 building across the street. Evening meal is the other 2 buildings.Empty mini fridge. Doesn’t have anything in and doesn’t get refilled obviously (not even bottles of water)Beds rather uncomfortable and I can sleep on a washing line. No headboards it’s just 2 single beds pushed up against a wall. Pillows flat and uncomfy.I’ve never known bedding to be too cold and too hot at the same time.All inclusive cocktail is just 1 cocktail (of the day).No pool towels available for the first 4 days we were there even after paying the €20 deposit for 2 (delivery issue) If you want a clean towel you have to pay €1 per towel per day or you can keep a smelly towel for the week (this one was a shocker).Pool drinks each plastic cup requires a €1 deposit.If you want to play ping pong you have to go to the other building and speak to reception to put down a €10 deposit and then walk to the other building to secure the ping pong tools and then back to the ping pong table to play.No ironing board or kettle in room, I’m going to throw a wild guess here and say that you need to rent them from reception with a deposit.Aircon didn’t work the whole time we were there but it was quite breezy so we just left the door open, thankfully too early for biting bugs.You have to pre-book a slot at the gym 30 minutes max. Only 4 people allowed in the gym at a time and you need to get a card from reception (shock)Layout terrible. Execution terrible. Food meh. Location about 1 hour 20 from south airport on the shuttle and 10 min taxi ride or 40 min walk right to centre of town.

Good breakfast, great location, peaceful place.

This was my second time going back and we were extremely disappointed, however we did enjoy the drinks and the pool tables that were on the resort.

The food. This was second time visiting this resort with a party of 4 this time, however i can strongly say none of us will be back. 2 of us got extremely bad food poisoning from the resorts chicken. My friend grabbed some dinner as we were all inclusive and almost got food poisoning as well. Luckily she spotted that her pork was raw before eating it. We spent 90% off the holiday eating out instead. I do not recommend eating from the resort.

Was a little worried when I read some of the reviews but we had no problems with bed bugs etc. We stayed in the bonanza and found the reception staff really helpful even if the maids were a little grumpy!

Little dated but ok for us

I liked the room size. It was very clean and good size with a balcony and bathroom. The staff were nice and friendly at all times. Breakfast was ok with lots of food to choose from.

The hotel is good but there are a few facts if you travel with family:The mini bar in the room was broken so I couldn't use it to store baby food inside.The room was cold during the night and the heating wasn't working and this is bad if you have a baby. My baby got sick and got a cold :(I got trapped in the lift and it took the staff to get me out for 42 minutes, my wife and baby weren't happy.
