The bed is very small, and the windows don't fit well. Although it's not very quiet, we enjoyed the sound of the ocean.

Perfect view, close to the city center, very clean! And free use of washing machine.

It is an old building, tall and narrow, it looks like it will collapse at a smallest earthquake :) however, the appartment is refurbished and clean.

The accommodation did not meet expectations. The room and bathroom were much smaller than promised and different from the photos. Despite the claim of private parking, there was none available, and the only option nearby was the shopping mall, which charged 18 EUR for 12 hours.

The view of the ocean is exceptional and the whole flat has recently been refurbished- it’s very modern and new. The location is close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops.

The shower could have been cleaned a little more.

1) Great location (close to everything but still quite what was essential for me, not in the area of crowd and activities).2) Unbelievable view.3) An apartment has literally everything you need for a short stay, almost every detail you can imagine.4) Easy and quick checkin / communication with property (but I have checked in and checked on during work hours so no extra efforts).

1) The biggest disadvantage for me was the floor - it is really cold there and impossible to walk without slippers which were not provided and people usually don’t take slippers when traveling. 2) Good that there was a movable hitter as the building has no central heating (maybe for someone might be too cold in general). For me only the floor3) There was no cleaning during my stay at all (4 days), no info where to throw the rubbish etc. Maybe if I contacted the property they would come . But was quite strange anyway. 4) Small but still area for improvement - no soap in the bathroom , needed to buy it and of course leave

- Amazing view- Clean and registration process fully automatically- Very close to everywhere, beach, pools, shopping mall, supermarket, restaurants and bars.- Nice jogging are in front of the building

- Just after booking I got the msg. from Ocean Vistas via booking.com to send them my credit card details to save the booking. It was looked like a scam. I did not follow that.- Lack of free parking spot, but it looks the whole Tenerife is like that and you have to pay for the parking everywhere. Good tip is to buy a 50EUR credit ticket for parking at Mercadona. It gives you 50% discount for the parking. (0.75EUR/h ca. 17EUR/day based on Nov. 2024)- Lack of air conditioning.

Rooms were clean and after check in, you are your own boss

A little quiet around and abiut. Would have been happier if there was more to do but thats no fault of the apartment

Nothing, to dislike

Self online checking is a plus. Location and sea view was super nice. Not many parking lots nearby. You can buy long parking card in mercadona, just behind the corner, it coat like 40 euro for over a week. Else, you can search for white psrking spaces around (takes 15-30mins).

A bit of dusted lamps in the living room. One ceiling lamp was covered with rost.

Very easy and timely communication with the property. Perfectly smooth check in. Incredible location with a great ocean view. Cleaning service once during our 1-week stay. Barbara at reception was particularly helpful!

The only thing to improve is that we arrived with a rental car, so I asked about the parking facilities in advance. I was assured that the property has its own parking. What I found out upon arrival, however, is that the property only has 6 remote controls for the parking entrance, so we had to wait from Saturday evening (arrival) until Tuesday morning until a remote became available and we could freely use our car and the parking.

Nice, large apartment on the 5th floor of the building, with the sea view. There were no issues with access to the keys, the room was clean, kitchen was well equipped (i.e. a toaster). The lady at the reception was very nice and always helpful. We were allowed to use the private parking next to the building, which was a life-saver, as the neighborhood is not easy to park. The building is so close to the ocean that it's possible to fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and you can control the sound by opening/closing the windows. We didn't expect room cleaning in such type of accommodation, but it actually happened. In general, very nice experience!

The hot water boiler could be bigger. It was barely enough for 2 short showers. It would be also nice to have a rain shower there. The kitchen could have a dishwasher, which would save some time.

Ocean view and clean en-suit.

The mattress wasn't comfortable. I was in first floor sometimes the noise of the car in the road woke us up.

Bins weren't emptied when we arrived. Dirty towels in the shower. Bed sheets smelled damp. Construction starting at 08.00am every morning of our week stay ongoing until 18.00 which we were not told about.

Right opposite the ocean! Close to the centre yet peaceful. Rooms, bedding, everything very clean; appliances appeared to be new. Staff most helpful, both in offices and cleaning staff. Easy to ask for more towels etc. Also, the apartment was cleaned and bedding etc changed halfway through my week’s stay. And, very useful in winter of North of Tenerife, the oil-filled radiator.Very good system to allow entry to building (keypad) and collect keys from key box. I also appreciated being given a remote control to allow me to park in the car park.

The apartment would have been perfect with the addition of a couple of easy chairs. The pool area could be more inviting.

View amazing, quality of the furnish, comfy bed and spacious room. Massive TV.

Paper thin floors and walls you can hear every little noise the neighbouring apartments were making. Neighbours smoking weed the smell would blow into our room and they were also playing load music till quite late. This I can forgive as it was Christmas and maybe wouldn't happen to often.
