Great little hotel in a fantastic location. The reception is open very late which is appreciated. Bed was a little hard, but I had a great sleep.

The location was great and it was okay value for money. The room had everything I could want and need and was decent sized. It was not that comfortable, but with the price point and having all of the amenities, it was good value. The property was always good at responding to my messages which I really appreciated.

The bathtub/shower was quite run down and could’ve been replaced. The quality of everything could’ve been better but again, you get what you pay for.

Centrally located very clean. Very nice reception guy! Excellent value for the money! Is not a new place but the price location and cleanliness worth it!

Beautiful location in the heart of the city, everything is close by – Loro Park, restaurants, beaches – all within walking distance. There’s a big free parking lot nearby. The receptionist, Tomás, was especially kind, gave us a warm welcome and all the info we needed.

Location was amazing, right in the old traditional part of town and near to the seafront and also close to the bus station.

The soundproofing between rooms is not ideal.

This is a basic hotel but it was clean and in a fairly good location. Our small room had a balcony that was very nice. The night reception man was very nice, we spoke with him everynight. We could walk to all areas of town but it was quite a walk.

Comfortable big bed & room on a quiet but well located street. The staff are very nice & helpful. Sadly I've had to mark this review down one point due to there being visible bad damp on the ceiling in the corner above the shower bath.

The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean, cleaned daily with clean towels daily. The bathrooms were fine with adequate toiletries.

The rooms were fairly basic, and rather tired and shabby. One toilet dripped internally and the flush was wobbly, and I reported it but it wasn't fixed.

Right in the centre really nice staff let us know some places to go eat etc. Super comfy and a balcony

Nothing but they don't have aircon if you were to go in summer.

Dear Sir/Madam 24.01.2025 We have faced yesterday night an outrageous situation that we never could imagine can happen in the modern hotels Me and my husband went after midnight to the balcony to get some fresh air and when we closed the door from the outside it turned that it cannot be opened. We had no phones with us and we stayed outside at night during one hour until some lady from the upper balcony noticed us and called the police to help us. After over an hour had been rescued . Only after we this stress we noticed very small notification sticked to the window that the door cannot be opened from the outside. This sticker was hidden behind the curtain that in the first place was not even moving , so how people can imagine being locked on the balcony this way ? We have been told that it's not the first situation like this happened and it is quite often guests appear to be locked outside their rooms . In this case it's responsibility of the receptionist to inform about this problem in the room but we have not been notified . Imagine that we could spend whole night at the balcony if we weren't lucky the lady noticed us ???It was our one night stay in your hotel before our flight next morning and instead of getting a proper rest we spent half of the night outside of our room being simply locked!!

It was located very nice.. you had many places to shop or eat. These locals definitely know how to make their food for sure.. 10/10 and it was super cheap. It's close to busses and quite close to the beaches as well. Staff was really nice.

It's a bit of an old place.. the halls were kind of dirty too. Doors were hard to open and close.. but the cleaner always made sure that inside the room was clean and fresh everyday.

Ok for one or two nights, friendly staff, perfect location

Location is great, situated right in the historical center of Puerto de la Cruz. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Rooms have a lovley balcony with an amazing view of the Corona Forestal park. Room even have a small space heater should you feel cold.
