Pros +
- The reception was amazing, very welcoming and went above and beyond with any questions/requests we had. They have the biggest breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen, lots of options for everyone!!
- The front desk agents were great. They were very accommodating, approachable, and genuinely cared about my comfort. The girl who checked me in was very graceful and enjoyable. The check-in process went very smoothly, and she even gave me a complimentary upgrade. The check-in experience was truly memorable because of her.
- It was clean and the location was perfect for us. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was very good.
Cons -
- I was not informed about how to activate the electricity in the room. Although I was assisted immediately, I believe guests should be told that the electricity is activated by placing the key in the slot by the door. It is a great energy-saving feature, though ?As for the TV, options like YouTube and Netflix were displayed, but they were not actually available. I had to call engineering for assistance. Housekeeping Issues (Observation):Housekeeping began working early, around 9:00 a.m. Although I considered paying for a late checkout, I am glad I did not. I thought the complimentary late checkout until 1:00 p.m. would be sufficient, and I planned to decide in the morning if I needed more time. Under these circumstances, however, there was really no value in paying for a late checkout if I would not be able to rest.A) The housekeeper’s radio was turned up very loud. I could hear every conversation clearly.B) Doors were being slammed shut every time they exited a room.C) I could hear items being moved around and a bucket being handled. The bucket was placed heavily on the floor, and its handle made continuous noise.Due to the noise, I had to call the front desk and ask for quiet. This experience made me think twice about ever paying for a late checkout, as it would not be worthwhile under these conditions.Suggestions:A) Housekeepers should wear headsets or be more mindful of radio volume.B) The housekeeping supervisor should maintain a list of rooms with late checkouts and advise staff to be especially considerate around those rooms. If possible, late checkout rooms could be grouped on one floor.Bottom line, housekeeping staff need to be more sensitive to this issue. I am an actor and work long, demanding hours, often overnight. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 a.m. and was unable to rest due to the noise.
- Don’t have much to complain about.
- I see another room but I have to room ? I give me room but not my room because I pay more money.

It was clean and the location was perfect for us. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was very good.
Don’t have much to complain about.
Is very smile males and my eyes were not clean ? And have smile many males but I not coming back from your hotel ?
I see another room but I have to room ? I give me room but not my room because I pay more money.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly - location great surrounded by restaurants and shops
The pool area was very small for such a large hotel, if you didn’t get a spot early then you wouldn’t be in the sun
We had two-room apartments. It was cool.Spacious, large rooms, panoramic view from all rooms. Everything you need is thereI will gladly stay again in this beautiful hotel
Big, comfortable room. Lovely balcony to sit in. Lovely and helpful staff. Small but very convenient gym. Breakfast had plenty of options - overall a very nice hotel.
The room could have at least a kettle for some coffee/tea. Pool area wasn’t too comfortable.
The location is perfect. The staff are very nice and helpful.
The wifi was very weak. Some of the elevators didn’t work. The place needs some modernization.
Location is very good! Room is decent and beds are comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are alright at the hotel restaurant, but nothing too special. Hotel reception lady Raquel is very polite and helped us to change the room to the sunnier side of the hotel!
Hotel is little bit shabby and would need some renovation soon. All the lifts are not working and sometimes you had to wait a long time or use the stairs.
There was a large outside area with plenty of sun beds to use. The location was also great, close to a lot of restaurants and touristy streets.
The elevators are extremely slow. Considering the fact that it’s a pretty big hotel with a lot of guests it stole a lot of unnecessary time from the day to wait for an elevator.
Very friendly and helpful personal. Rooms always nicely cleaned.
Definately not 4-star standard. Very low food quality (besides dinner 25.12). Included drinks especially coffee very bad quality. Orange juice disaster. Dirty plates and glases but this was for sure dishwasher problem. Please don't blaim the people.
Very good location, nice, big room with great view, 3 elevators,
Not even a small bottle of water:-((Not comfortable matterace, very hard. Not very clean room. Not tasty food.
despite going all inclusive there were plenty of food choices, nothing exciting but never went hungry. Rooms were comfortable if not a little outdated...The pool area is nice and clean but sunbeds are very uncomfortable in fact some guests were placing inflatable sunbeds on top b4 laying down.Staff were very friendly location is very central to the town and 5 mins walk to the nearest beach, although it's the best beach, think black volcanic sand and rocks.
Downside is at the snack area if ur sitting eating or drinking smokers seem to think it's a free for all to light up,they should have a designated smoking area for smokers NOT THE POOLSIDE SNACK BAR.The days of couples having to have 2 single beds pushed together are long gone but seem to persist here and are not helped by a shiny tiled floor
clean roomsfriendly personalenought food
Excellent location, rooms great size, great choice of different foods, cleaning crew really professional and friendly.
Some of the restaurant crew, really tired and not so helpful.
In general, the hotel was ok.
The room booked shouldn't be sold has a triple room for 3 adults. It was so small and inadequate for 3 adults.
The ubication is excellent
The mattress at very old, the air conditioner doesn’t work, the elevator take too long waiting and the breakfast buffet need more personal
The location and the friendly staff. There was a small workout room.
Great staff, great location of the hotel, breakfasts were delicious, the choice of dishes was large.
The hotel was located very centrally and was perfect for the purpose of my stay. The beds were very comfortable and hard which was a nice change compared to other hotel beds. I did not use my balcony much but it had a great view.
In general I enjoyed everything but the shower was not perfect as water got all over the bathroom floor when used. The Air condition was not on when I arrived so the room was very hot, also the air condition was only on when a card was inserted into the card slot in the room.
