We used a pool every day. It was great. A lot of trees, beautiful surroundings.

I would expect more sea food and traditional Spanish food in the buffet.

This hotel is amazing for little kids. They had wonderful programs for children . Otherwise the hotel is old and needs to be renovated

Decrepit but clean

Great location, walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfortable, not the newest hotel but everything was well maintained and renovated. Nice garden with swimming pools very clean. Evening entertainment at the hotel. Good variety of foods and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. I definitely would book it again and also recommend it to a friend

Friendly staff, clean, great beachside location, good food (buffet) and lovely pools, very family friendly and nice large, clean rooms. Could not do enough for us with our baby. We went half board but also very reasonable on additional charges and a lot of free soft drinks and water, also close to local amenities and supermarket. Also in same area as amazing safari park Lora Parque with a walking distance shuttle train!

Aside from the longer distance from the airport there was little to dislike, just factor this cost into your budget as will need a taxi.

Great location, staff friendly, cleaners do a fantastic job

Restaurante was very chaotic, food layout was very miss mash, rooms were really noisy, from 5 am we could hear movement every morning, we had room 1309, think the cleaners storeroom was above, be sure to check your bar prices, everything you buy has to go on your bill (no cash), you can track your spending on the app, our prices differed till we queried it, the bathrooms need an update, the bath was incredibly slippery, it was very difficult having a shower

This hotel is very nice hotel in a great location in Puerto la Cruz. Beautiful balconies! Great price!

A couple of times we made a restaurant reservation but when we got to restaurant it had not been reserved.

the staff worked very well, apart from the cleaning crew

-the bathroom sewage system stank,-there was mold on the walls in the bathroom, mainly around the bathtub-there was a layer of dust under the bed,-no mini bar in the room

Location.Quite nice garden and swimming pool area.3 elevators.Bracelet you had from the checked in the hotel you could open the room with.Personel quite helpful

Most things .This hotel standard is max for 2-3 stars.Practically same breakfast and same dinner for 5 nights.Hotel occupied mostly by elderly people 65+( IT looked like we stayed in nursing home)Completely not family friendly - kids club was closed all 5 nights and Play ground 2x3 metres for 2-4 years old.No animation! No evenings in the hotel .Room standard very poor - old, devastated furniture. As we entered broken TV mode with no batteries.Lots of dirty chairs with stains on the restaurant. No napkings on the dining tables .No informations regarding your stay.No Water served to dinner ,for dinner - everything had to be paid extra even "tap Water"!!!!Miscommunication with the hotel Staff.Very old school looking rooms, dark and Brown.Highly no recommended for families

Room with seaview on 10th floor was amazing. Bed was quite comfy. we had the all inclusive option - the food was of very good quality, the choice was sufficient, but one evening I got food poisoning from stale panna cotta and I had to deal with it the whole next day, luckily I had antibiotics with me.

When you come for dinner after 9 pm, the waiters treat you rudely, and there is almost nothing left in the buffets. If a hotel decides to serve dinner until 10 pm, it should ensure that the level of service is very high all the time, not just at the beginning of dinner. That's all.

Bed and pillows was very uncomfortable.bathroom was not very clean old.restaurant close to the pool serve Italian and Meditorinian food but we not recommended.Alcohol for all inclusive was really bad quality the same with coffee...so a bit disappointed especially for coffee because we don't like instant coffee ?

The location is great, parking was kept, the pool’s condition was great.

Global Service:Lack of courtesy, smile , warmth ,beginning from the greeting from reception to any of the hotel facilities . As if smiling and being courteous costs money . As visitors the feeling was not of welcoming, rather of “the task has to be dealt with and we need to go to the next customer”Visuals and esthetics: the hotel is old and did not go renovation for quite a long time, the furniture is not contemporary and can’t hold the amount of guests, most of the wood panels covering the walls and doors are eroded and heavily scratched , corridor carpets are old, no color , stained and won’t match the high rating this hotel has got in booking , small and slow elevators which can’t hold the amount of customersDining room :Old furniture, sometimes we were afraid the chairs will fall apart underneath us, a very crowded setting of the dining room. The amount of tables did not match the amount of guests, creating waiting lines during rush hours. The food is recycled between meals and is not fresh. Things we saw in breakfast showed up in the evening, vegetablesn are not fresh and thus are difficult to eat. Pastry is not fresh . At 09:00 there are only leftovers although the dining room time is until 10:00 . Dinking Water , which are a necessity are charged per bottle because quote “in Tenerife you can’t drink water from regular faucets” . So if you want to drink plain water and didn’t take an “all inclusive” deal , you need to pay 2euros per small bottle . Dining room team : not serviceable , not smiling , not inviting working very efficiently cleaning up the plates and nothing more .Room:I don’t know where to begin : at our first night we arrived and had a 85% humidity . This is walking inside water . There was no air condition in both rooms we took . There was a huge fan noise but no air condition , we called the maintenance guy in , he twisted some screws in the ceiling and the whole pipe blew off , pouring heavy rain In our room .

The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was very professional and friendly.

From someone who works in this industry:1. There is room for improvement with the walls and the general look. It's very old and some of the walls are discoloured and have cracks.2. The personnel either didn't speak or barely spoke English. Except for the cleaning staff, the personnel was not trained at all. At the bar I asked for a cognac and was brought something that was clearly not it, and the coffee was absolutely horrible despite them having a good coffee machine. In addition, when you try to explain what you want they either don't want to listen, or don't understand because they don't speak English, or interrupt you and tell you that they got it and then serve you something completely different.3. The staff willingness to work and please the customer at the restaurant and the pool bar was horrible. It feels like they are on holiday as well and nothing gets done properly. We had an incident with the restaurant staff on the last night when we wanted to take our dinner to our room to eat and we were not allowed to although we did this for several nights and no one stopped us and there is no written rule about this. 3. The food at the buffet was poor. The meat is done well but everything else is really bland and cooked horribly. I even had food poisoning one of the nights with their empanadas.4. The gym is poorly equipped and there were no clear signs that kids under 16 were not allowed to be there without adult supervision. We constantly had to chase hotel staff to ask the kids to leave which they were not quick to resolve. They resolved this only once from the many times we were in the gym.5. We were even made to feel uncomfortable with one of the entertainment staff who was taking every opportunity to stare at my partner or blatantly stop to check her out.6. Reception staff do not have any clear idea on how to get to the airport and how to book shuttle busses. It was only possible to book a taxi through the reception.

These were some hard working people! The room staff were friendly, efficient, and quite nice. They made the experience a very good one. I cannot say enough for their kindness, and they made my sister's birthday extra special.

The food was somewhat lackluster, I must say, but they were efficient. I can honestly say that paying to have basic water was not particularly pleasing either.

Great food and staff. Hotel is a bit dated but otherwise very comfortable, location is perfect for walks into town.

Rooms slightly dated. Elevators not working. If they gave the place an overhaul it'd be ritzy standard.

Everything was excelent,the personal, facilities, location. The extra 100 Euro for the sea view room from the 14th floor were very well spent, since the ocean view is gorgeous. We liked very much the shows in the evening, the food was also great. For this price, with half board included, I don’t think you can get a better deal on the island, so good job to everyone. Special greetings to the dancer and entertainer girl :)
