    Location was great

Rooms don’t have good ventilation, only one window in the shower

First I got a room that was not really the best and there was a water problem. I was then upgraded to a suite which was excellent. The hotel is very interesting from a design point of view. Brand new so only normal there were some issues in the beginning but staff handled it very well and professionally.

Amazing bartender he was so great. Rooms are pretty modern

Rude workers, had to pay for basic amenities offered at other 4 star hotels (bath robes), AC was not very functional, not much to do in the area ( asked the workers for restaurant recommendations and they had none..)

This was a lovely hotel. I live in the south of tenerife and normally stay further away from the sea, but I saw this new hotel and wanted to try it. It's located perfectly, near the shops, lido and sea front. The staff, hotel, rooms, spa and roof top were excellent!! Will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends to go.Just remember there's no car park, so take half an hour to get a spot.

Not a,lot of parking but can't be helped.

First They gave us a wrong room, when I booked a suite with ocean view, the room was smaller than the reservation one and it smelled like poop from the tubes undergoing. After we complained they gave another room at 5th floor but yet not the one that we booked. In the middle of the night the receptionist knocked at our door with the security and waked us up at 1 o’clock am because she was thinking we were smocking inside the room (?!)Next day we went to spa because we booked more than 300€ of treatment and my partner went for the massage first: I was in the sauna and suddenly I saw him walking in the middle of the circuit and pool completely naked with the perizoma because the massage therapist said to him to get a shower in to the middle of the spa ?because the showers of the male toilet was busy at that moment in order to “save time” (?!)And last but least it was a rainy day and all the room got wet because of that: like literally all the ground the parquet was comply wet underneath That’s the reason why the yoga mat that we used for about 1 hour in room now it’s completely ruined and wet.

The location is right in front of the dramatic rocky and wave-swept cove in Puerto de la Cruz. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and was of a high standard (except the coffee). The design and furnishings in the room and throughout were fresh, modern and warm. The staff were all very pleasant and helpfull, particularly the greeters at breakfast and rooftop. The rooftop was lovely to soak up some sun, have a light luncheon and enjoy cocktails.

The booking confirmation explicitly said I had booked a room of 25sqm, with an unobstructed sea view. What was provided was an 18sqm room (thanks iPhone Lidar, 4m x 4.5m room) and doors/windows that had frames that filled a considerable part of the view. Realistically, one could do nothing more than stand on the balcony - the table & chairs being marketing gimmick (see photos). I had booked for 4 nights, which I'm guess is at the longer end of their bookings and was expecting the booking to be a highlight of my 2-week journey through the Canary Islands. I told staff about my disappointment at checkout and said I would get a quick response. They contacted me via e-mail (no phone calls) 5 business days later. They apologised, said they understood my disappointment and offered me an upgrade on my next booking with them. That is an absolutely appalling response with no genuine remorse. They knew they had sold me a room 28% smaller than advertised, and that its views were obstructed. And who cares about an upgrade on a next visit which will never happen (visiting from Australia). There was no genuine attempt to rectify an on purpose error at their end. How about reimbursing me 25% of what I paid (after deducting breakfast costs)? Not that that would cover the disappointment of 4 nights at what was supposed to be a highlight. In addition 1. the duvet seemed synthetic and overly warm (air-con was switched off and the seaside wind made it impractical to open the door at night) 2. pillows ridiculously thin and 3. the bathroom smelled of constant damp with a tinge of sewage - very unpleasant, particularly given the size of the room and couldn't sleep with the balcony door open.My last criticism is directed towards Booking.com (I'm a Genius Level 3 member). I doubt I'm the first to have complained about this.

Great location to explore the north side of Tenerife, and very central in Puerto de La Cruz as well, all restaurants, supermarkets, bus stations etc at close proximity. Very spacious and clean room, the bartender at the roof top bar was an add on bonus, extremely friendly, helpful with sightseeing advice and great cocktails too!

Quirky boutique hotel with great rooms.Excellent staff.Fantastic sea-front location.Great roof terrace and pool.Breakfast was outstanding.Bar area and restaurant gorgeous.

Evening buffet was very very nice but had a limited selection.

    5PredragPosted on: 3-24-2025

    Passable

Although wellness and an indoor pool were shown as the main offer on the booking, when we went there they didn't let us in even though there was an extra charge of 25e per person, as they say they don't have room. The internet was not working well.

    5PaulPosted on: 3-24-2025

Fab location with a great roof top terrrace and views of the sea

The room had a massive pillar blocking one side of the bed making it impossible to get into or out of bed this side....the photos of the rrom on Booking.com were cleverly taken so this wasnt obvious...BE careful that you dont book a room in this hotel with such a pillar blocking the bed in this way.The other weird thing about our room was it faced the internal light well of the building and you could see into other peoples rooms (through their curtains) into their sink/bathroom area. I am sure they didnt realise they were on show!

    3KairePosted on: 3-18-2025

    Poor

You don’t get the room they display the photos of. Instead of sea view we got to watch the wall. Hotel staff was self righteous: they consider all seaside rooms sea-view and the photos they use to lure clients doesn’t matter. Those are just illustrative. Hotel doesn’t think it to be falce advertising.

The location was PERFECT. In the heart of the town and literally 10 steps from the waters’ edge. Overlooked the bay with thundering waves which made for the perfect viewing and night’s sleep! The hotel was very clean, sexy and modern. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - with bottomless mimosas too ;). Absolutely loved this hotel.

If you are traveling by car, this may not be the best option since there is no on site parking and street parking is extremely limited. We had to walk 3/4 mile to park in a shopping center which was less than ideal.

Very nice and modern hotel with an amazing rooftop facing the ocean. The bed is super comfy and the room is very clean. The location is wonderful as everything is nearby.

    No parking nearby

    9DanielPosted on: 3-9-2025

It had lots of rooms one could sleep in.

Small room, sea view was sort of a side sea view. Punishment for booking via Booking.com probably….

    9SaraPosted on: 3-5-2025

Perfect location right on the sea front, very good breakfasts, lovely roof bar/pool/terrace

There is no parking at all - not even a drop off option. Also, internal rooms have small windows with no outlook

    6KristianPosted on: 3-3-2025

    Great location and rooftop pool

Staff had no idea more rooms where available and brushed off simple request. Some rooms are designer in a strange way and felt small and stuffy. Unless you have the sea view room, it's not worth it.
