There was a fan in room, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The common area was cozy.

Staff were very friendly. Overall the price was good for the service given. Breakfast is very good.

Unfortunately there were some bugs and a gecko in our room .

I had a triple for one. Don't take single room. It's smaller than a wardrobe.

Breakfast was miserable. Same cold food every morning.

Everything was smooth and enjoyable. The pool is beautiful, there is a great hanging spot and a roof!

This hotel is situated in a lovely cul de sac road and is very quiet. The hotel is small which gives it a welcoming atmosphere. My room was adequate for a solo traveller. The room was clean and comfortable

Even though located on a hill a bit outside the city center the location was perfect for a nice and tranquil getaway.

A proper blanket with a duvet cover would’ve been a nice touch

Very clean, very friendly and accommodating staff. Very comfortable bed. Loved the sunroof terrace. Didn't use pool or breakfast room. Reasonably quiet.

Very small room and balcony. Had to walk around our case. No glasses, cups, kettle or comlimentary tea/coffee in room, we had to ask for them. The sliding windows and doors have privacy film on which makes you feel very claustrophobic, and when they're open there is no privacy. They should have some sort of net/voil. The house backing on to our room, must have been very annoyed at having to see us. Some of the photots online show lovely flowers on the wall backing onto us, but sadly they are no longer there. Just a grey breeze block wall to look at. We were here for 11 nights, but the room next to us had different people staying every 1 to 2 nights, which was quite frustrating as the walls are very thin.Although it was a shock when we first saw our room, which I asked to be moved from as it was a bit depressing, we gradually relaxed into it as there were no spare rooms available.

Very friendly staff, very clean, good location,Smart TV, good size fridge, microwave.

There was nothing not to like

The bed was quite comfortable.

First, you have to climb an extremely steep hill to get there... Second, they pretend they're a "better" hotel, but actually the equipment was old and scruffy, you can't drink the water from the tap (the water is also very smelly), and the walls are extremely thin, so I got woken up during the night and early morning by other guests. I booked this so I'd have some privacy (I was staying in hostels on other nights, so this was my most expensive accommodation from the whole 2 week trip), but it wasn't worth it.

the noise, you could hear everything very clearly, the conversations from the reception, the conversations and TV of my neighbours, every person walking up the stairs, the cleaning ladies in the morning, waking me up every timethe hotel is old, the room smallat the reception you had to buy coffee capsules for 1,5€, at other hotels/airbnbs you could receive that for freeto get to the hotel you had to climb a very steep hill, this didn’t bother me but keep in mind

Up, Up and Away. Steep climbing from down town. It's OK if you are fit but not for exhausted legs.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The cleaner came every morning and provided new towels when needed. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The wifi worked pretty well most of the time. The smoking area in the private garden was available any time. The continental breakfast was decent and they topped the food up regularly. Access to the property with the code was useful for late check-in.

Getting to the hotel from town, you have to go up a steep hill. The bathroom was really small so it was difficult to use the sink without spilling water everywhere. It would have been nice to have a drinking water dispenser in the lobby because we ended up buying lots of plastic water bottles. There was only one pillow and a cushion per person. There was no conditioner only a shower gel/ shampoo combo.

The hotel is in a quiet area. There is a snack and drink machine in reception

Lots of noise/talking from 8am to 8 pm in the reception area which my room was near. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs all night. As the stairs do not have carpet. Rooms are tired looking and have basic facilities. Uncomfortable beds.

Staff were amazing, we were travelling with a young child and they treated her very well, and helped us out with everything we needed - we only had to ask.Breakfast was decent, with a good selection, just a shame they didn't offer any other meals - but they do have a microwave and will get plates for you if you want to heat something up - there is also a free coffeepod machine in the reception.Location was pretty good, walking distance to a park and mini-marts, and 10 minute drive to Puerto de la Cruz centre.There is on-street parking outside.

Shame the restaurant didn't offer food at other times.
