    • Staff was very friendly... But thats about it
    • The room was spacious and beautifully designed — clean and full of thoughtful details. We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a bottle of champagne, which made the start of our stay feel extra special.
    • Breakfast was decent. Good, friendly and carrying service. Good location, not far from Loro Parque.Various car parking options around the hotel. Big rooms. Decent views. Nice lobby with a view, bar, balcony and many arm chairs.

    Cons -

    • Not sure how can this hotel be 4 stars... Its a bad joke :)If you really want to stay here for some reason, definitely dont stay in a room facing el Teide. The street noise its VERY loud. Trucks arriving to the hotel from 6am, and they slam the cargo for 2 hours straight. The windows aren't isolating any sound whatsoever.Pillows were bad, the mattress was mediocre..Bathroom door was rotting from the splashing water from the shower. In short, its not possible to rest well.
    • While the hotel itself was comfortable, a few aspects of our stay were disappointing. Tap water on Tenerife isn’t recommended for drinking, yet the hotel had a rather strange policy of not allowing guests to refill their own water bottles. When we asked to purchase water directly from them, they only accepted cash — which was quite inconvenient, as almost everywhere else on the island accepted card payments and we hadn’t brought any cash with us.Breakfast was decent, but the juices were disappointing — not fresh at all. If you wanted a natural juice, you had to pay extra, which felt unnecessary. We had a half-board package but found the food rather mediocre. We only joined for dinners, which offered mostly pork and occasionally chicken — no beef or lamb options. We also heard from some full-board guests that not all drinks were included during meals, and the included wine choices were very limited and of low quality.Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you plan to have breakfast only and dine elsewhere, but the meal experience didn’t live up to our expectations.
    • The building is pretty wide and it takes quite some walking to get to the hotel's bar and restaurant. For the first couple of days it was not easy to find a way from one end to the other. The room has a humidity problem. We could see the markings on the ceiling in the bathroom. The ventilation seemed to irritate my skin and my fiancé's cough so we turned it off. Maybe there is mold in it. Service wiped the toilet sit only with the wet mop and left it wet, so every time we came back, we had to wipe it again with the dry toilet paper. The rooms are very weak in soundproof, so we could hear all other guests noises. The resident building across the room had a dog that was literally barking for the whole day. The coffee wasn't very good. The gym was not working and we were sent off to the sister hotel down the hill. We stayed for two full weeks and went over our budget when picked this place to stay, so we expected a noticeable difference in quality compared to 3 stars or private airbnbs. However the place did not deliver on that.

    - pretty far walk to the shore

Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

The lobby bar wasn’t to a resort’s standard; friendly staff, however, the level of service wasn’t as sophisticated as expected and the constant “closing the tab” by the servers, every time a round was served was absurd. Perhaps it’s the hotel’s policy and protocol and if that is the case the practice must be discontinued.

Very clean, hotel. I went during Easter so they had activities almost everyday. Housekeeping comes daily except you opt out.. the bartenders are very nice and cordial .Drank more than I ate with my all inclusive...

I want to love this hotel but a number of things upset me.Day 1 I got to the reception at 9ish.. was expecting a smooth and easy check-in but no. I spent over 30mins waiting for my turn as there was only one person in reception, an older lady who to be honest was not the fastest. I then asked if id be able to have dinner.. but was told dinner was over at 9:30 ( I paid for all inclusive). this upset me as if the process was faster I'd have been able to meet dinner.Speaking of all inclusive, it says they have two restaurants... technically they do. But you only get all inclusive access to one restaurant if you pay for less than a week which is quite disappointing as it's the buffet restaurant. The buffet restaurant was another disappointment... yes there is food, but it's very limited and to be honest frankly boring. The staff try Thier best but the food was sub par . except you like the free unlimited wine from a box and you like veggies.also the hotel is on a hill. so keep that in mind By the way not all drinks are included in all inclusive

Generally nice rooms and very friendly staff.

The beds where super hard and the waterproof plastic sheets terrible. I woke up more tired every day of sleeping there.Breakfast has huge variety but everything tastes bland.

spacious room. free parking close by. breakfast included

beds very hard. long queues at breakfast. food quality only basic.

    6michaelPosted on: 4-5-2025

reception not customer friendly at times. One of the gentlemen was very abrupt and rude at times. Housekeeping were very poor at making beds and clearing and replacing towels.

Good and varied breakfast. Calm location

A bit noisy between the rooms

    - Breakfast- Location- Views- Street parking available

The hotel is more suited for older guests (not a party hotel)There was a bit of chaos during check-in, but everything else was fine

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in general. The hotel is better than on the photos, our room was clean, modern, with a beautiful view and functioning amenities. The majority of the people working there were kind and super helpful. Loved the pool, the tanning area and evening entertainment (especially Spanish class). Good, fresh and varied food at the buffet. Great location as it’s both a quiet, picturesque spot and within walking distance to all nearby attractions.

    - Hotel is on top of a hill that is hard to walk up even if you’re in decent shape.- Ocean view rooms don’t get any sun throughout the day (though they are quieter and more private).- Fellow visitors can be loud and annoying in public areas.

Big clean rooms Friendly staff Breakfast and dinner buffets were goodFree shuttle to the city centre

Although there were 2 TVs in the suite, they were not smart. What is the point of the 2 TVs if you have to watch your series on your phone/tablet. Small pool and sad pool bar. During a rainy day there were buckets in the corridor as there were leaks.Only one bar near the reception where there was entertainment every night. There was nowhere to simply sit and enjoy a drink with your company at night. The half board did not include soft drinks so they were charging the glass of cola you were filling from the tap (not even opening a bottle/can). A bit cheap for Hyatt. Also the tap water is not drinkable and they were charging for every bottle of it and had a note on the water machines in the restaurant to not fill your water bottle. Cheap again for such a hotel.

The staff is awesome; they greeted my wife with champagne on her birthday. Dinner and breakfast are both with a wide variety of excellent dishes. The swimming pool is heated. Public parking is close and accessible. The view from the pool area is breathtaking.

It is a bit difficult to find the big public parking lot nearby. Once you pass it, you have to drive a good three kilometres loop to try again.

Very good location, easy parking nearby. We had a quiet and big room and beautiful views. Good breakfast buffet and in general all facilities available.

More attention to details would improve the experience, for instance complimentary slippers or the availability of bathrobes... The restaurant is OK for the charge but lacking some inspiration.

Rooms were very comfortable, bright and clean.Upgraded to half board and what fantastic value it was.Staff were very friendly even in such a big hotel. Was a great base for us as we had a car and explored the North of the island.

Didn’t think much to the area.

Hotel situated on top of a hill with great views. Great breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff.

We had problems with the internet connexion in our bedroom. Both of us could not connect at the same time!

    8DinaPosted on: 1-20-2025

Big and clean rooms. Breakfast has big variety but taste is averageBeds are comfortableLocation is convenient and close to the beach, although uphill

Our room overlooking the mountain was loud, we heard cars and people outside due to thin windows. You can also sometimes here beds being moved above or noise on the staircase we had on one sideHotel is very long, so if you get a room far from the reception it might take you a while to get to breakfastsExpensive parking, but there is a free big parking lot nearby
