The hotel is on the heart of Puerto de la cruz, the staff help me with my earlier check in, they are nice and always with a smile on their face, Thank you

The place is a little old, but well is also very cheapThe heat on the room was unbereable at days, you need to install some kind of air conditioning, was like staying inside a oven, thanks

Staff were very helpful and friendly, swimming pool was very nice touch and Central location was really good

However the WiFi was terrible and didn't work the whole stay, also time and facilities are definitely outdated and could do with a upgrade

I absolutely loved it. Centrally located with a 24hour reception, very friendly and helpful staff, this charming hotel has everything that I needed for spending a week away from home. Rooms spacious, well thought through and uniquely furnitured, fridge in the room, I loved the roof terrace with the 360 degree view over Puerto de la Cruz. Coffee vending machine in the lobby came in handy as well. Shops and stores in close vicinity. Hopefully I will get to come back soon.

Good location. One of the staff members doesn’t speak English but it was okay we managed to talk.Hotel design is outdated but cool.

Flexible check In and location was excellent.10 POINTS for pet friendlyness. We'll go again for sure.1 night stay was OK. Next time longer, this is great and easy spot to enjoy nearby cafes and restaurant and sights.

Internet not working

The staff were exceptionally helpful and room very clean, I enjoyed may stay .

It is an old hotel, and things are worn in places but that is part of its charm for me. Others complain but in my opinion those complaints are unwarranted. It is in a excellent location and is a budget hotel .

+ everything was clean+ staff was friendly+ easy checkin / checkout+ good location+ allover design was nice

- no chair in room- really dark room- WLAN does not worked well (nearly nowhere but in the bed, and there only with interruptions)- walls are wafer-thin, could hear what the neighbours are doing all night long- shower has barely pressure and only hot or cold but no warm water- breakfast looks good and is well maintained but the taste wasn't worth it. Espacially the juice and coffee were really bad- only one way use shampoo bags

Amazing location, simple rooms but comfortable and lovely staff.

The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the hallway.

The hotel room wasn't very presentable it had a shabby paint job, paint on the curtains and some attention to detail was missing.

Great value and very central location in Puerto de la Cruz. Welcoming staff, quick and pleasant check-in. My room was super clean and exactly like the photo, spacious. Small fridge that is actually cold enough to work properly in the room is a plus and the scent of the air freshener that the hotel uses is very pleasant.

The hotel is good, but the wifi connection in the rooms usually does not work, only in the lounge near the reception.

The breakfast was good value for money.Lovely roof pool and sunbathing area with lovely view of Mount Teidi. The hotel is in a quiet area in town centre.

The hotel needs updating but the price is very reasonable. I have stayed here 8 times. Hotel always clean and comfortable.

Great location, very kind and friendly staff, good value.

Sadly the room was very noisy so I didn’t sleep well any of my three nights. The windows faced onto the building’s central shaft and sounds of loud talking and television echoed until late at night. Also I could smell cigarette smoke through the bathroom windows once, which wasn’t nice!

Hotel is very dated, our room smelt of old smoke but informed the staff and they moved us to a cleaner room and gave us free breakfast which was great! Fantastic location also.

The fact that we requested another pillow and they gave us a brand new one lol also the pool was amazing(with jacuzzi) andd the location is to die for!
