Peaceful and safe location, very clean, own kitchenette in room. Pools.

They offer molded cheese at breakfast buffet. 10 minute walk from beaches, up on the hill. Staff at reception wasn't very friendly.

Good location with nice restaurants. The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was very instrumental and had everything we needed.

Breakfast is good but dinner less. Recommend to eat outside where there are good restaurants

Perfect stay with family, big heated pool, big clean apartment with stunning view. Very beautiful garden. Breakfast and dinner was perfect for my 4 members family. We definitely planing to come back next year.

As in every other pool, people come early in the morning, put their towels on the chairs, and disappear for hours. Then when you arrive, there’s hardly anyone around, and you end up sitting in the back.

It was noisy I my room, no air conditioner. No uber.

Great outdoor space with beautiful garden and a large pool. We did not use the tennis area but it's a nice option to have. The staff was nice. Pricing is reasonable, but you can find much better for the same price.

Unfortunately we were misled by the many positive reviews about this hotel. The outstanding breakfast is everything but outstanding. The buffet food is disgusting. Everything is of the lowest industrial quality. Very little diversity, and contrarily to what we read in many comments, limited gluten free options. Absolutely no dedicated corner for gluten free baked goods as some comments mentioned, we had to ask to get the gluten free bread... if we can call it that :( They bring you a plate with the worst GF bread we've ever tried.The rooms are spacious and generally clean, but outdated. Having no air conditioning in Tenerife is very uncomfortable. We had to leave the windows open all night, but with a room giving to the street, and bars close by, it was noisy. Not as close to the city center and beaches as it looks on the map (because of the elevation), restaurants around are also very disappointing. Overall OK for 1-2 nights, if you know what to expect. We were really disappointed.

As a vegetarian, I would have enjoyed a more various menu. There were in fact no options in the buffet for a dinner that didn’t include meat or fish.

The receptionist was really nice person, gave me very good suggestions on activities. The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious.The balcony was the best, looking at the swimming pool, trees, mountains.Breakfast was good and the staff also very kind.With a bit of walking it was easy to reach the downtown. I'll definitely stay again at this place in the future.

The kitchen was well equipped however it didn't have dish dryer, sponge and detergent.The safe couldn't be locked.

The property had an outstanding pool and very nice rooms. A little bit dated, but great value for the money!

There was no AC, so it was quite warm. Also quite a walk to the nearest beach.

The location is ok. . almost nothing is reality with the pictures it has on booking. Not even a small play area for children. Not to mention the water in the pool which is cold. Not heated. The worst choice. The cleanliness of the room is ok and the breakfast is also 6 out of 10. A bad choice.. it seemed mine

breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Room was kept clean with a change of towels and bedding once in the week we stayed.

A very spacious room with a nice balcony and a decently-equipped kitchen. The breakfast options were abundant and great!

Outdated facilities equating to a huge lack of sound isolation, especially at night, along with (most likely) old joined single beds, which made it too soft and uncomfortable at times.

Location is very good as it is a short walk from the city centre. Surrounded my cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Swimming pool is very nice. Room was big enough for 3 people and it had a nice balcony overlooking the ocean.

Room wasn't cleaned /tidied when we asked. There was a huge selection of food for every meal but not everything was tasty. The hotel in general could do with some renovations as it is getting a bit old and dated. Sockets in our bedroom came off easily when you removed the phone chargers... Room faced the street and it was a bit noisy in the evening because of all the bars.

Location, staff, cleanliness and the good value for money

Room facilities: two single beds and no option for a big size one for two people. Electricity buzzing very loudly when the card is inserted.

I really liked the location - we have been staying in the La Paz area of Puerto de la Cruz for years now, and I believe it is the best part of Tenerife. The pool and garden area is really nice as well.

There were several disturbing and somewhat disappointing factors. Both our beds were extremely noisy - even the slightest movement during the night made a loud sound, which made it really difficult to sleep. When I asked for them to be repaired or replaced, they sent a repairman who mostly just told us that the beds were new, only a week old. Still, it felt like sleeping at a railway station.At check-in, it was highlighted that there would be no cleaning on Saturday. However, when we returned to the room, the beds had been made on Saturday, but nothing else was cleaned - the trash, towels, etc., were left as they were. When I asked reception about it, they could not explain who or why had been in our room.Also, the breakfast lacked a good variety of healthy options.

We super enjoyed our 10 days holiday here, the staff is so friendly and the food variety is very good. We'll be back for sure!

Good value for money, excellent location, very nice staff. The rooms are big and comfortable, the decor of the rooms a bit dated. Well maintained and clean.
