Breakfast was good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was great.

Sound insulation of the rooms gave to wish better. Could not sleep in the morning because of noizes coming from everywhere - water drainage, neighbours speeches, somebody was sliding chairs on the floor- too loud.

The room was comfortable. Nice view.

Disappointed with quality of breakfast and pool was very disappointing, The layout of the amenities wasnt good.

We booked 2 rooms which were arranged very close to each other as requested. 1 room seemed recently renovated, bright and fresh. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.Pool area was pleasant and clean with a lifeguardWifi adequate for our needs.

The second room we booked was poorly lit and seemed tired.Breakfast catering could be described as industrial or institutional in scale and quality. A good variety of options and as much as you want but not high quality.

Dated hotel for big price

Rooms are very dated and quiet different from the photos!!! We’ve got the room with wall view, no sun all the day, very cold inside, no heating with air conditioner. Had to ask for 2 blankets to sleep. Pools are not warm, on of them freezing. Breakfast rather poor for 4 stars hotel. It is max 2-3 stars, not 4. Doesnt worth a price.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Due to a last-minute cancellation by another property, I was forced to book this hotel only 4 days before my trip. Upon arrival, I received an upgraded room, which had an exceptional ocean view and gave me access to the rooftop patio.

Parking near the property was very limited. The onsite parking is convenient and costs €15 per day. However, onsite parking was unavailable for one of the nights and I had to park in a garage about 10 minutes away, which was much more expensive. Our shower was poorly designed. The drain could not keep up with the flow, and since there was no barrier on the floor of the walk-in shower, water sheeted off the end and flooded the bathroom. I notified the front desk and maintenance addressed the issue right away. Drainage was improved, but it was still difficult to shower without spraying water all over the bathroom floor.

Noisy room it was a linked to an adjoining room and we could hear everything the people said and did

The bus journey from airport to the hotel was super easy and the staff were very polite, happy and accommodating.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Old hotel rooms, all the furniture is older than me and my girlfriend put together, absolutely not worth the money, paid parking, for 15 euros a day, when we arrived we were given two separate beds after we asked to change the room they said that they have almost no rooms with double beds, although we booked this option and offered to move the beds and put on them a double mattress, for this money you can find conditions much better.

Beautiful, very clean and well-located hotel. I have been to many 4 star hotels but for a 4 star one this one is excellent. There was a buffet breakfast and the receptionists and restaurant staff were amazing. The interiors are very spacious and our room had a beautiful view and a balcony too.

Very good breakfast, a wide selection of various foods. We really like location. very nice two big balconies with beautiful view. It was really large and comfortable bed.

Bathroom really needs renovation. the floor tiles are cracked, and the edges of bathtub are chipped. It was impossible to find any free sunbeds by the pool.

Fantastic hotel. Beds were very comfortable, we loved the view from our room. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff was very helpful, we would like to thank Carla from the reception desk. We also liked the flamego show, in the evening.

On arrival, my staff are very friendly. My room was clean.

The food was below standard, Little parking available due to the location I understand, but €50 a night I was asked to park my car. I think that’s a little bit excessive. Sunbed totally covered in towels in the morning by early rises, reserving , I could see when I would go down for breakfast. Majority of sunbed would be covered in towels. No one on them as they will be having breakfast and then returning later. I think that policy should be looked at, Charging to use a safe in the room shouldn’t be a policy of the company, €10 deposit for towels, a little bit excessive, but the towels could be done on the room number and when the towels are returned. This would be noted on their room number as returned., Attention to detail is needed. It doesn’t take a lot of hard work just organization. Lack of information in the rooms, The cleaners and stuff were very nice apart from that hotel need some serious leadership, specially in the maintenance apartment. It seems that will do when they do a job, which is definitely under par.

Room was renovated with a nice view

We chose this hotel because of the „heated pool”. Unfortunately the water was cold and staff told us that it is heated. There was a second pool that has the same temperature than the „heated one” - receptionist said that sun heated it..

Close to bus service , and the courtesy bus was so helpful.

A little too busy with school teenage parties, but they were all well behaved .

The sea view balcony, helpful staff, lots of communal space, usb and c-ports for charging, plenty of hangers and wardrobe space. Adequate temperature control and access to thicker blanket.

The quality of the breakfast was just ok, insulation between to rooms was insufficient, the doors closed very noisily, amenities in the room were very basic, safe only available for extra cost.The guests must wear writs band to indicate their meal options. It was a bit itchy and uncomfortable during sleep. I was also attending to a gala dinner where dressing up was required and the wrist band look really out of place.

Pool area was nice and calming

The aircon wasn’t good at all, would have been very uncomfortable and unhappy if it was the height of the summer and the temperatures were higher. Was still too warm in the room with the AC on full blast.TV also didn’t work in our room.Also rooms were not soundproof, could hear furniture moving in other rooms and kids running and shouting up and down the corridor

Very nice, modern, renovated room with ocean view.

Coffee from the machines during breakfast was absolutely undrinkable. Very, very bad.
