The personnel is very very friendly!!!!

The location is in the city center. There's a good breakfast, but I didn't try it because I left very early..

The nice, comfortable room I reserved had no Wi-Fi signal. I asked for a replacement. They offered me a room with Wi-Fi, but it was a much lower standard, and I didn't like it: the bathroom had no ventilation, and all the walls and ceiling were wet. The bathroom was supposed to be ventilated through the room. The signal Wi-Fi was weak. The lighting was poor. The room was cramped and uncomfortable

Staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was clean, rooftop was also a great place to chill out.

Rooms and beds were quite small and the road was fairly loud.

Breakfast was fab, evening meal the food was luke warm but there was a microwave. we went in at 6.30 for a couple of nights and the food was lovely and hot Always managed something to eat

The bar in the hotel was never open

Breakfast was good. The evening buffet was good and very reasonable at 10.99eur. Parking close to the hotel was difficult, but there was a very large free parking lot, a 10 min walk away near the Harbour. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Difficult to drop off luggage as there was no place to stop out front.

Greta location, nice hotel.. would stay again when visiting the area..

it has a lovley bar area which doesn't open which is a shaem , loads of bars near though.

There are many nice rooftop lounge areas and a pool. Very comfortable, great location, breakfast and dinner available for a good price. Staff is very helpful

Thin walls, you could see your neighbours.

Location was great and room size more than adequate. The bathroom looks new and the reception staff is very efficient and friendly. But the friendliest was the Spanish wait staff lady called Beatriz at the hotel buffet breakfast. She made our day! The breakfast buffet was great and varied. The bed mattress was top notch! Room housekeeping kept the room extremely clean and replenished toiletries and fluffy towels daily.

It would be great to have a fridge in the room. The TV remote was difficult to work out. I also don’t like shower curtains but there’s no way round that

Perfect location for any king of activity you were looking for. Very well connected with local transport. Good buffet for breakfast with a good variety of food. The bed was very comfortable.

For sure i wuld put an anti-slippery mat in the bath with shower.....very slippery. A bit noisy in the night time with all the windows open you can hear very well everything happenig ....not just the tv....all the rooms around......

Noise , family noise after 12 pm , early noise from cleaning staff breakfast was Luke warm - cold beans

Bedroom was on the main street..Very noisy..My partner hardly slept, with noisy people outside, then noisy rubbish collection..We would return, but would request a room that not on the main street

Great central location in a quiet part of town, big bright airy foyer, plesant helpful staff, big room comfy bed Netflix on tv good bathroom with plenty of hot water good selection of foods for the breakfast more than enough choice for everyone. And nice to be able to store bags for an hour or two. Just a few hundred meters from the bus station and the centre of the town.

Room quite dark, with inner view, so no real sunlight, a fridge and a kettle would be a massive plus as there's no coffee machine around, at least I didn't see one. Could improve the quality of the coffee at breakfast.

Cold breakfast, the location of the swimming pool should be better marked.And elevator should be repaired

The breakfast buffet was awesome! Rooms were clean and all in all i was happy with my stay here. The location also good close to the bus station, old town and beach.

I missed the pool on the roof because it had already been closed (at 6 pm) when I came.

Front desk staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Nice lobby area. Great views from the many roof terraces and a pool. The beds were absolutely fabulously comfortable! Lovely large room. TV was good.

The breakfast lady with long dark hair was unwelcoming, cleared up your plate the moment you dared put your knife and fork down. She was noisy, smashing cups due to the speed she was roaming the room at, clearly does not like her job. Food was not good, unless you ate toast or a banana! Fruit juices resembled toxic substance, likewise the coffee. Don't waste your money on this, as there are so many lovely local cafes nearby. Internal room/balcony over breakfast court are very noisy - probably the lady with long black hair, racing around with her trolley and cups, ready for smashing to commence!
