A bit outdated hotel. Could use modernisation.

Spacious room, nice view, but a normal breakfast. The swimming pools were very nice, especially the outdoor one with its excellent view. The hotel is within walking distance of both downtown Puerto de la Cruz and the beach.Overall, we had a memorable stay and felt it was well worth the price.

Exceptionally clean supported by exceptional staff. Breakfast was very good and we are one evening meal and was good.Plenty of high pressure and hot water.

Shouldn’t be advertised as a 5 star - clearly was back in 1980 but is very dated so if you expect luxury on arrival you will be disappointed. The staff are 5 star though!!!!

Nice rooms, nice staff and good breakfast.

The gym is a joke, 3/4 of the weights are missing. The sauna wasn't working.

The room had an excellent view. Breakfast had an excellent variety of products and well made. The staff at the reception and bar/lounge were excellent. Definitely would recommend this hotel to friends.

Very friendly staff, rooms are excellent and very comfortable. All inclusive meals had a good variety something for everyone.

Drinks were just standard cocktails were ready mixed out of a machine. If you weren’t all inclusive they would make them from scratch.

The hotel has a great location and a beautiful view. The food selection is great. The rooms are good-sized and clean. Good hotel for 3-4 days if you are planning to do activities around (Loro Park, Teide, drive around or go for a walk). The hotel is a little older, but clean.

Parking is very limited. I wish more staff would speak English.

Fantastic view. A little bit old hotel but they are trying to keep it in a good way. Enough food for breakfast and dinner, you can find something for you. We had a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, but it was fixed quickly. Huge room, 2 double beds something new for us)) Also close to a lot of amazing locations but you need a car and in our week was a little bit darker than on the South side, maybe because of the season. Thanks!

Some small things but you can expect it for the price which you pay. From what I've seen they are trying to do their best!

Amazing, view, friendly and prompt service, great food

This is not a 5star hotel - the room lacks basic facilities (e.g. trash bin in the room, kettle and tea/coffee set - extra charge for kettle is really strange, no drinking water etc)

Its location slightly out of city centre

The poor sound insulation from above and adjacent rooms/bathrooms. The long dark corridors to reach the bedrooms were quite creepy!

Absolutely fantastic location! The hotel faces the ocean, so all rooms have a spectacular view. It’s built into the rock, with a lift that takes you down to a natural private pool carved into the rock, filled with ocean water. There’s also a rooftop pool, restaurant, bar, spa, jacuzzi, and facilities for children. It’s located about a 15-minute walk from the marina. There are a few bars and restaurants around the hotel, and plenty of free on-street parking, so there’s no need to book the hotel’s paid parking.The food was fantastic. We’ll definitely be returning to this hotel!

What i like about Hotel : Food was perfect, swimming pool was nice,location is perfect What I dislike about Hotel: for 5 star hotel they have little old and used things in hotel such as curtains and floor and i never saw 5 star hotel without kettle in the room

Perfect location, kind and helpful staff. Elevator to the sea level is very convenient. View and the sound of the ocean from the room is amazing.

Food was disapointment for me, I was in the hotel 2 years ago, than it was really amaizing, now it was not so good. Plates, glasses and cutlery were dirty every day, it is unacceptable in a 5 star hotel.

The beds were spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was quite clean throughout, and we really appreciated having access to both heated and non-heated pools.

We had half-board, but unfortunately the food was inedible. From the salads to the meat to the pastries, everything lacked flavor and seemed to be of very low quality. Additionally, there were no facilities or activities for children, which was disappointing.

The hotel looks dated, but there was nothing wrong with the quality of the room - it was spacious, comfortable and clean, looked out to sea, and had a comprehensive buffet breakfast. The only thing that detracted from my stay was the poor wifi signal in the room. Would still re-visit.

The view from the room was stunning. This is what I wanted to see when I wake up. I didn’t put 10/10 because the room is not something special as well as the swimming pool and spa. The great thing about the hotel is the staff, the view and the location.
