Staff is very helpful and great. There is a place to store bicycle. The place has great location, near to everywhere. A lot of restaurants, rental places, near ocean. AC inside the room.

We took breakfast once but it was ok. Instant coffee. Standard buffet. Nice surprise that there are fresh orange juice and various fresh fruits. We were on 4th floor and around 8-10 am could hear the restaurant on 5th floor and that the chair is moving. So it wasn’t very quiet but wasn’t bad.

Simply amazing. Can't wait to return again. This is a 5 star hotel masked as a 3 star. The best experience I ever had in a hotel in Spain. Superb hygiene, super friendly and polite staff, good breakfast, excellent location, rooftop bar. There isn't more you can ask! I give 10 stars just because there aren't 100.

Nice rooftop terrace, central location in Puerto de la cruz.

The cleanliness of the room was moderate. There were stains in the shower, hair on the floor. Unfortunately, our money was stolen from our wallets inside the room. We let the staff know who told us that they trust their employees 100% and didn‘t seem to believe us. Not one apology. Breakfast wasn‘t really good with a small selection considering the price.

Friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, and when we inadvertently showed up too early one day because we had a tour booked, kitchen staff graciously let us have some food.

Nothing - all good

Friendly staff, nice room, lovely breakfast and amazing walkable location. Lots of good restaurants around. 5 min walk from a large, free car park. Nice rooftop bar with Teide views, good drinks and reasonable prices.

The pool wasn't great and the pool area much smaller than I expected. Rooftop bar was closed during pool opening hours.

Great breakfast with vegan options too. Great stuff. Very good location.

There isn’t parking in the hotel so one needs to park 6 minutes walk from the hotel.

It is clean and it is in the middle of the city.

Pool works from 11h until 17h, not convenient for people that do daily trips. Breakfast was nowhere near wonderful - but rather modest.

Great central location, very modern and clean.

The location is very close to the center of the town and to the waterfront. Breakfast was rich and partly changed every next morning, breakfast food was fresh and very tasty, we liked it really very much. Car free parking was 8 minutes walk from hotel and despite there are lots of cars parking there, we have always found a place.

We have heard a little bit noise of disco every night, but it did not disturb the sleep.

Exceptional little hotel right in the middle of bars, tapas and restaurants, handy for the beach or a bus stop nto the city.Clean, comfortable with friendly staff, our corner room had everything we needed plus a massive balcony!

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The hotel’s central location, very close to the seafront, was definitely a highlight and made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a great terrace.However, we had to change our initial room, which faced an inner courtyard and lacked proper ventilation. We opted to upgrade to a room with a balcony and paid the additional fee. In this context, we requested a single invoice that included this extra charge, but were told it wasn’t possible. The receptionist’s attitude throughout the process was rude. In fact, the interaction was marked by arrogance rather than helpfulness.

Meet basic needs

Our room faced the main pedestrian street and it was noisy all night long on Saturday night from people walking pass after their parties. Earplugs would be recommended as reception does not provide them.

Location was great, hotel was fresh, reception and staff welcoming, breakfast was very good and was changing daily, free large parking space within few minute walk – overall very good experience.

I was a bit confused about the difference between pictures and real life with the terrace – we booked the Premium room because the terrace looked amazing in photos, but in reality I guess there are several Premium rooms, and the one we got was nice, but 2-3x smaller. It seems it's a bit of a lottery which one you get – that seemed slightly misleading to me.

Cosy rooms although standards are not really spacious. Nevertheless, bathroom is comfy with a huge shower place (considering the size of the room).Breakfast place is gorgeous ?

The electric control panel is very very noisy. I switched it off at night ?

It didn’t have any iron at all, not even at the reception to borrow for a bit. An iron at the reception would be good.The breakfast was not the best to be honest.The omlette was almost tasteless. Also, when we tried the toast with avocado, the avocado felt like it went bad. (Couldn’t eat it) The only good thing from the kitchen was the bacon egg toast. Not too many options for breakfast.
