Very helpful staff super location wonderful bar/restaurant

Location was great, staff was nice enough, the place was ok, not great but it's what you'd expect for this price.

The common kitchen is tiny, pots and pans are in very bad state. The capsule is made with very cheap material so don't expect any kind of temperature or noise isolation. I didn't mind because I sleep with earplugs but noise can be a very big issue.The door rails was dirty, full of breadcrumbs and even a cigarette.. The blanket provided was so small and I'm a normal size person, I was a bit cold and didn't feel very cosy. Also, USB plugs didn't work, the staff argued that it was not for charging but to keep the battery at the same level... That doesn't work either, maybe say yeah sorry it doesn't work next time

The location is good and central. SOME of the staff were polite.

Some staff were extremely rude and dismissive. I saw ants here!!!!! Multiple times. One time I saw it in the room I was staying in on the first floor. Second time I saw it in the common kitchen area and the last time I saw it in the bathroom on the first floor. Much of the staff is very dismissive. Some are really kind and thoughtful but they are rare. They randomly close a few bathrooms for multiple days???

The small capsule was perfect and provided just the space I needed in the best part of the city. It was very central. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The toilets were often clogged. The capsule was a bit hot and also it could be noisy when people came in and out at night.

The mattress was soft for me.Cons of being in the down town, you hear all the noise ( cars, music, ppl).

if you close the door , ventilation is not that great , then you start to lack of oxygen at some point :)) After first night i slept open doors.

Lovely breakfast (served in another hotel, walk 5 minutes), comfy, the capsule has everything I might need, much better than standard hostel, would definitely book again!!

I love the concept! Great location, but keep in mind it is in the pedestrian area, so difficult parking, a part that, all great!Comfy beds, common area nice and clean, staff super cute and helpful ? will definitely be back!

The location is great and the capsules are really comfortable - if you want a good night sleep, it's a great option. Good value, I recommend it.

It's harder to connect with other travelers.

The place is clean and well organized, the place is close to Hiperdino and close to the beach, the team who manage the place are easy to communicate,anything you need they will help you ,around the place you do have many small restaurants where you can eat and anjoy a good coffee,.I must say it is the first time when I chose to stay in a hostel, but I m happy for that.Overall, i had a beautiful holiday.

People who come in the hostel are offen confusing kindness with something else. You are a guest in this place, if you choose to stay and enjoy your holiday respect the place ,respect the land and respect other people .

I did stay here before and used it as a quick "emergency" stay as an alternative to a hotel room, as I missed a bus connection back to my own property, and since I live on this island, this solution was perfect for me. You will not get a room for this pricing in Puerto.

Due to the last minute check in the guard was not able to give me a key card and I could not leave my sleeping pod and close it from the outside, but since I only stayed for the very night it was not an issue.

Got kicked out with no warning nor refund after paying up front for a month and shouted at because I'm disabled no warning no talk too just out the blue don't stay hear the manager is horrible don't listen Im autistic ADHD and disabled after a motor bike accident was the thrown on the street with no flight until September the 31st the facilities are rubbish plastic thin trash with people smoking making a noise drinking partying and theiving

It’s like a combo of dorms and hotels, or at least the best of both. You get privacy as you can lock your pod, a pair of towels is included with your stay and you get to meet new people. There’s ventilation inside the capsule, light doesn’t come in and the spaceship vibe is just amazing. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Perfectly well located!

Bathrooms should get cleaned more often, but there’s a lot so you end up finding one that’s appropriate

The capsules are quite comfortable & it was very quiet at night & I (female) felt save.The room with the capsules was clean.I recommend the hostel.

Staff could be a bit more friendly & it could be a bit cleaner in the bathroom

Very comfortable, good location and very clean. The only downside is location close to the bar so dont forget the earplugs :)

The capsules are very comfortable and allow full privacy. You can change the lightning and the fan. There are lockers in the rooms and a bathroom right next to every bedroom. The staff is friendly and allow you to leave your luggage there until it's time to check-in. Also, the location of the hostel is amazing.

Bathroom could be better cleaned and taken care of, but it's not very bad.

Very, very noisy, it was like that the whole time I was there. There was shouting all night. Very small kitchen. One dining table. Not that clean. Lack of eating and cooking utensils.

Clean. Bar and cafe on site was handy when open.

The capsules are not a good idea. The bottom bunk is close to the floor and there's a hard kerb to crawl over to exit the capsule. There isn't room to stand up in the capsule so it may as well have the bed at a normal height. The sliding doors give the same visual privacy as a curtain but no sound insulation as they are loose and rattly. There's a ventilation fan to each capsule but it's too noisy to use. There's an aircon unit in the room but it's noisy and puts out hot air when not needed or freezing air when not needed. It was off for most of my time there. Consequently the door-size window near my capsule was usually left open, allowing all the street noise in. You have to remember your pass when you go out of the room to the bathroom. Yet the door was often left open, leaving no security. The only joy I got from the capsule was from my friends who thought my photo was of a space capsule. They thought I'd gone to Mars.
