The breakfast is fabulous, the room was clean and up to date, and there are many things around the resort making it a great stay.

We wished the hot tub was available for free.

It exceeded my expectations!!! The food was excellent, the staff super responsive and professional, special thanks to Juan the metre of the restaurant that made our experience even better with his good attention to detail and running around to offer us all the clients the best experience. It was very near Puerto de la Cruz main area where the lago Martianez is and we loved it there. The gardens were beautiful in the hotel, the choices of 2 pools was welcomed, although there was a third one we didn't visit. The receptionists very helpful, the bar man fantastic, the waitresses at the restaurant friendly and professional, the guy at the pool super cool with the kids activities and exceptional music (not loud, thank you!). Fantastic visit.

The location is ok if you have a car. Otherwise, stay out. The room has a small kitchenette that can prove to be useful.

The hotel is quite dated, the corridors are floored with old and stained carpets. We booked a double room and were given twin beds put together that were constantly moving apart during the night, originating a very unconfortable void in the middle. Apart from all of that, we got gastroenteritis right after eating the eggs at breakfast (which was obviously suggested by the doctor that it was intoxication by salmonella) and the hotel management insisted that it was "viral".

All personal were extremely friendly and always willing to please! Breakfast was excellent! Our pool apt. was big and modern.Rooms and bath were very clean. The hotel is well kept.The sportspool is large and covered, therefore nice and warm.Going to and from' kept us in shape!

The beds!! There were 2 beds pushed together. If you are used to sleeping together, the smallest movement made the beds move apart, which was not nice! The hotel personal did their best to tie the bed frame legs together. But we made do with the single duvets.....The hotel is build on a steep hill, so going downtown or back up is only for the fittest people. The free bus fair is helpful, but evening trips are out as the last bus ride is at 19.00.

Size of apartment, gardens, out door areas, pools, play ground, close to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.

I truly believe this hotel deserves more than a 4-star rating - it surpasses even many 5-star hotels.We stayed in a superior studio apartment with stunning views of the mountains, sea, and nature. It was, without a doubt, our best holiday experience. The location, food, and facilities were exceptional.The hotel offers a wide range of activities: relaxation areas, various games, multiple swimming pools, diverse bars, live music, quiz nights, and buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.We’ll definitely be back

We wish the staff could provide better recommendations for nearby sightseeing spots beyond what’s shown on the map, as we discovered some amazing places on our own.That said, Puerto de la Cruz is truly the most beautiful destination we’ve ever visited.We also hoped that parking could be offered free for guests, but honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. Everything here is a perfect 10/10

The hotel is very well maintained. All areas very clean. Great customer service from the staff, who were always very helpful. Our apartment was spotless and very well catered, with all the essentials. The free shuttle service to main Puerto de la Cruz was very helpful as we didn’t realise how far away it was. A very enjoyable stay!

The best breakfast i ever had! Dinner was out of this world, every night something different including real barbeque. Absolutely delicious. Love this place! I think this is the best place for families with children , lovely gardens, beautifull views, peace.

The Hotel was reasonable prices. The breakfast was various and excellent, also they offer dinner at a discounted price, which was very rich. We were able to park for an extra fee, but that's fine. The city center was 20 minutes by walk. We loved it.

The breakfast buffet selection was excellent and the view from our room was beautiful. The grounds were also lovely to walk around and the pool area was relaxing to sunbathe in.

The room we were given should be illegal. Next to kitchen- constant rattling of plates and cutlery ( started 7.30 am finished after 11pm). Impossible to sleep and to add on bed is the most uncomfortable bed i ever had

Ambient and the garden around the hotel was beautiful. We had a great garden view, the personell was extremely polite and helpful, the balcony was great, I loved the extra pillow, we got a small kitchen inside the room that we didn't expect so that was great too. The hairdryer in the bathroom was great!We could choose between the pools, the breakfast was great with lot of diverse choices, all in all - great value for money.

The bathroom could've been a little cleaner. Bar on the pool on the 5th floor - would've been great if it served coffee/tea. Air conditioning device in the room would be great in some occasions.

The resort is very decent for the price paid for. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The employees have been wonderful and helpful.

The maps given at the reception to find the 2nd parking and the way to the room. The top parking has not enough cameras. Our car got hit during the night and we had no way to know who did it.
