Pros +
- Loved the sun deck. Room basic but great. Lovely location.
- Friendly welcome, simple room with a very nice view view. Good breakfast on a beautiful terrace. Good location. Friendly staff. Uncomplicated. Several restaurants in walking distance. Liked the place.
- It is a nice quiet hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful
Cons -
- We did not find any faults with the property.
- All was fine
- They double booked the room (for the first night), so when I arrived in the evening after 16 hours of travelling they had given my room to somebody else. This was despite the fact that my booking was made many months ago and they had confirmed it. Also I had told them I would arrive between 7pm and 8pm. When I got there, exhausted from my travel I had no room and they spent some time getting me a room in another hotel, which was inferior, with a very hard bed and very noisy. It also meant a further hour before I finally got a bed for the night. They paid for the night in this budget accommodation but offered me no compensation for the wasted time, inconvenience and far inferior accommodation I had to put up with.

It's a good location. Rooms are basic but clean and the beds are comfortable.

A simple hotel with a wonderful view over the mountains and towards the sea, conveniently located in walking distance from the coast. Free parking without a hussle, situated a few steps under the hotel. A basic breakfast was satisfactory. A good value for money if you travel on a budget.
The seaview from our balcony was partially prevented by the neighbouring ugly building. Not a big issue though, the pros beat the cons.
Stayed for 2 nights the 1st to 3rd January, this is a very busy time and most hotels are very expensive. This small hotel was very good value. Spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful. We had a lovely balcony with gorgeous views and there is a terrace where you can relax and watch the sunset....really beautiful
There are alot of steps to walk up to get to the hotel, a bit difficult with Suitcase but generally all the buildings in this area are the same, that's the way the island is and what makes it so beautiful.
Location, cleanliness and good bed, It’s uniqueness.
Main light in bedroom could be brighter and some more sockets.
Simple hotel above the main village. Met expectations (namely simple room, balcony and space to sit outside, good simple breakfast). There is no bar or restaurant but shops, bars and restaurants are nearby. Easy parking in November at the bottom of pedestrian route (including about 20-25 steps) to hotel - there is no level route from car to hotel. Friendly hotel cat.
Very good breakfast. We liked the cats very much.
Bathroom could be imroved
Fantastic value for money, clean and comfortable rooms. Great views from most rooms, decent breakfast.
Access will be a challenge for anyone that struggles with stairs. It can’t be reached by car and obviously no lifts in the property itself.
Very cozy area and neighbourhood, beautiful view from terrasse, nice and Clean room, nice litle walk to restaurantes and Beach ?
Hotel up the hill in the village, with great views. The staff is super friendly and they are really trying to give you the best time. The breakfast was delicious and not expensive, with home made jam that is really good. A lot of hikes are in this area.
Poor
- room was very stuffy- too expensive for its location- breakfast was very average but not cheap
We were given room 101 on the ground floor, close to reception. The rooms with cute wooden balconies were above us. We had a comfortable outdoor seating area for our personal use and it's possible to watch the sunset over the sea from there. The double bed was composed of two single mattresses and was about 2m wide, so that's a bonus if you like a large bed. Although tiny and not really large enough to be comfortable, the room has been decorated with lovely character. I really liked the overall look and vibe of the place and the surrounding streets. It's a ten minute walk from the sea front.
I feel that whoever was in charge of reception didn't do their job well. We were instructed to call a number when we arrived to follow directions about how to get in. My Spanish isn't particularly good but I tried my best and was met with an impatient tone on the phone. We didn't feel welcome or like valued guests. There was never a receptionist, even when the friendly cleaner said they should be there, so we couldn't check in. Additionally, I had paid for the room in advance but they kept insisting that we hadn't and we had to show proof. It would have improved our experience to have been treated in a more personable manner.
The coffee was fab and the waitresses so kind and helpful
Found carrying a heavy case up steps quite hard but not a problem
All the staff are lovely. My room was great. I have stayed here before and got the same room which is number 201. It has a balcony and the best view. At night you can hear the waves in the distance. A very chilled hotel and fantastic value.
Breakfast is not brilliant (sorry Conche)
Good breakfast, very friendly staff in the breakfast room.
Smell from the sewer pipes spreading out from the bathroom to the sleeping room.
We loved the view, balconies and the shared terrace area. The staff were friendly and helpful.
