The stuff was nice and welcoming

The toilet was not working. We had to chance the rooms. No lift.The direction on the website is not correct ?. We got lost so many time

The tap was broken. When you open it would the floor wet.

Room is sooo small, no sound proof from next door, u can here every thing.The freeway is near , and the window should have been sound proof.

Rooms need maintenance and new bed matresses. Extra towels and toiletries. Maintenance on air-cons.

The location was great, on the road next to a filling station and a shopping complex not so far.

the basin didn't drain as you used water, so it fills up then after a while drains.

It’s easy to find the venue. The stuff is very helpful.

No bar fridge, only 1 towel so after shower you all use that 1 as the very small one you have to put on the floor to keep your feet dry after shower. Rooms too small no space to put bags.

It is well mantained and clean

There is only a blanket onthe bunk bed there is no duvet cover when i asked one the guy onthe reception working on 19/04/2025 night duty was very arrogant, he went on to get a sheet and gave it to me to dress the bed. Who sleeps onthe bed with only 1 blanket no duvet cover inthis cold, iam neva going back there

Staff was professional..rooms clean. Sbsn though ghe surrounding areas had no water that did not.affect us.

The room.basin is too small water spills quickly. The basin sink water went down slowly.

Very friendly and engaging front-of-desk staff.Rooms are neat. Value for money for travelers.Excellently located too... close to all amenities.

Parking was not safely, Because there many peoples come and out sleep and guess what? someone stole spare tyre wheel from my car. when back home found bumper was damaged break stole.

Location is great, the safety is great and the shower water & water pressure is out of this world.

The door was broken but at least it locked.

The location and cleanliness

Everything seems broken. The shower door couldn’t close. The sink couldn’t drain the water properly. A compartment on the door was broken. The wire that holds the window was broken. No tea facilities.

Then bed, rooms are very small, shower drainer was not working n the TV. No wifi

I location is fine but the rooms are small no space to move around, the toilet door is noisy the bed is not comfortable and i do not think i will ever come back again, but thank you for the experience.

LOCATION

Rooms are too light blind don't give enough block out of the sun, and not enough towels 2 guests 1 towel. Would also have liked some Hot water for Coffee. Had our own no water.

The staff was great, they allow late check in and comfortable bed
