Very dissapointed

For a family cottage that was booked for 3 people it was overpriced.Arrived at 21:00 after phoning several times to confirm when room service was ending and they said over the phone it ends at 22:00. The restaurant waiter took so long to inform us what pasta dish of day was at 21:19 we were informed that kitchen closes at 21:30...we ordered food that they said will take 30 min max and went to the rooms. Upon arrival no towels.... no bedding for sleeper couch, phoned front desk 3 times for assistance, ladies was friendly that eventually brought the linen at 22:15.22:40 food arrived....utterly horrible. Chicken strips dried out, wrong pizza and it was raw....Last time we stayed there it was 5 star food and rooms, in 2 years it went horribly wrong.Buffet cost is R375pp?? why? it is so expensive just for one person dinner, but to Pay R404 for two people food that was either raw or dried out is just badTV only has one sport channel, MNET that is frozen nothing happening there the rest of channels either Chinese or african channels why?

Nice revamp from previous status when i was here

1. I dont enjoy cold shower , which happened on my first day.2. The whole hotel could not help with an iron

The room was clean and spacious! Beautiful premises. Service was great! Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

The room felt quite hot, and unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working. There were also mosquitoes, which made it harder to relax. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.

Restaurant was very poor; this should be top in such a location, but if you try to cook a rare steak from a frozen piece of meat, you don't know what you are doing!

It’s in a very good location,Close to everything

The shower was not working properly with water spilling over different directions. The carpet in the room was not properly vacuumed. The room is not really the same as in pictures

Philip was great, property was clean and comfortable

We did not have coffee/tea supplies in our room, had to call reception several times to get it sorted and was not impressed on how it was done. They gave us a plastic bag full of just coffee and sugar, no tea and milk.

The aircorn and wifi were working well my room was cool from the heat.

I had no water, no air freshener toilet spray and no hand wash soap

The whole facility and the comfort of the beds, the warmth of the water ?

The security system at the gate and the gate is not so safe, please ugragde.

jacuzzi in winter suite did not work at all. but it's included in the tariff for the night. not nice for travelling. advertising room with facilities and when you book and pay not working

Very attractive decor in bar, lounge and restaurant, with lovely wait staff in the restaurant.

Reception staff were not very welcoming. They took a long time to acknowledge our arrival despite five people being behind the counter and three lots of guests checking in. Their demeanour was quite functional / process orientated, despite one man who seemed welcoming but not really aiding in our check in.Garden apartments are a little unloved and were freezing with no visible option to warm them up. The sofa in our apartment was a sofa bed that didn’t appear to want to close properly making it uncomfortable.No wait staff approached us when we sat in the common areas. Food was disappointingly dull.
