Amazing

I suspect the previous occupant of that room may have been homeless, because there was a very strong smell when I arrived. The pillows had an unpleasant odour, and after I requested a fresh one, they did bring it. The linen itself was clean, but the mattress or the inner was smelling terribly. It was already late, and I didn’t want to give the staff a runaround because they were very helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast,Friendly stuff

I'm not sure if its the bed or pillows. But I woke up with painful neck.

The fact that we paid for breakfast of 10 adults and 4 children bt they said 2%ppl will not eat...As I was not there physically I had to speak to them via phone first and my mother was so pissed she ended up not eating their breakfast..it was sad indeed.

Door didn't open stood for long outside waiting for someone to fix it was traumatizedToilet couldn't flush I reported but got no help got to drive home use toilet as I expected a photographer to cone take my daughters pictures

The staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly and willing to assist. I'm very happy with how the person at the reception treated us, had a bit of a challenge in the early hours of the morning with my kids room being locked but the guy at the reception easily resolved the issue and I'm greatful for the assistance

Closer to the mall

No bar fridge and microwave in the room , only few boring DStv Chanel’s available,they take forever to reply to WhatsApp messages, dirty carpet.No drinking glasses in the room..

Stuff was was welcoming and service was great

I didn't sleep, as I could hear every car passing by the road the whole night, ud swear the windows were nit closed. I think I was in room 516, the bathroom door was also hard to open.

The location was the top tier for me because its in the same property with the mall and my kids enjoyed that. The is also a playing area to play games as a family, not to mention the pool was the best part we swam and enjoyed

Ridgepoint is a place you book to sleep and go home. It's ok if you are spending a night or two not more. The place is very busy, lots of activity from people booking,walking about etc - if you don't mind this then you'll love this place. I really feel for the price, I've slept in better places.It's not bad but don't expect alot.

Spray painting at night, and the fire alarm keeps on and off. You can smell the food while they prepare it in the kitchen

That we couldn't swim upon arrival as we'd planned coz the pool was chlorinated. And the room doesn't have a mini bar fridge, That was an inconvenience for me coz I've got diabetes and my injection needs to be kept in a fridge at all times otherwise it goes off
