1. The towels looked tired and yellowed, we couldn't use them.2.The room was tiled with no rug next to the bed or atleast complementary slippers. 3.The exterior and entrance to the property look dodgy and not inviting, almost did a u-turn but was so relieved and pleasantly surprised when we walked into the reception.

I love the cleanliness of the hotel very good and there's so. Much space

I did not like the fact that I booked a presidential suit but it did not have a microwave wave we had to go down stairs to pre heat our food

Easy access from Highway and spacious room

Although clean to a naked eye . Found a cockroach in the tub killed it and then soon there after found a few tiny ones on the crawling on floor and tea station. Reception was able to arrange another room for us

The hotel is very clean, conveniently located and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and tasty with both warm and cold options. The staff was very warm, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We felt safe and comfortable throughout.

There was either ni water at all or it took AGES for the water in the shower to run warm. Luckily we were there during the Summer but had it been Winter, this would have made our short stay there VERY uncomfortable. Also, waiting for the water to eventually start running warm (not even hot) seems like a huge waste of water.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room I was booked in unfortunately did not have hotel water in the shower, and the maintenance of the room required more attention. I unfortunately had a bad experience where the shower door shattered on me, causing minor cuts and bruises that needed medical attention. Unfortunately, I would not recommend or stay at this location again.

Beds are old and noise as the same as head boards and there’s no iron or microwave in the rooms

I didn't eat breakfast I thought the money I paid was including breakfast only to find out in the morning that it was not.

Loved location

The room was not value for money. Furniture did not represent an Anew Hotel experience.

Location was close enough to the freeway. The front desk staff was very accommodating and provided excellence service

The bathroom did not have a door. Thhe view from the bedroom looked out onto some huge storage tanks and a red brick wall. No elevators to the upper floors. No porters to help with heavy luggage. There were 2 condom packs lying in a parking lot for several hours

The breakfast was fresh as they prepare while wait.But they need to inform the guest of the wait/ as you expect a ready breakfast as you enter the resturant

The facility is absolutely perfect and comfortable.

The waiters delayed with a food and they couldn’t provide us with our drinks we ordered.They never even checked on us,we always had to call them for help.And Breakfast was bad.

Bathroom, no ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom aircon also doesn’t work, hence an awful sell in the bathroom

The rooms look stunning, loved the TV functionalities as it had the menu and all the information we needed for our stay.

The water was cold when we took a shower. Ice was also an extra expense. There were a few rooms that had a sewage smell when passing in the corridor

I needed to iron my clothes so I could not find any.
