The Modernist Thessaloniki

The hotel was cleaner a nd in the center of the city. The staff was friendly and polite. I would like to thank the reception staff for his friendship.

Everyone was so polite! The location is perfect!

The bed could be more comfortable.

Location close to everything

The entrance to the elevator is a bit tricky and no parking. Also,I purchased tshirts and was told two different prices. Paid the second higher price but the staff should have the same pricing info. Everything else was great. Attentive and friendly staff. Unfortunately I had to leave 1 day early due to weather in the U.S.

Excellent location in modern facilities. Staff was exceptional in offering help and ensuring a comfortable stay.

Wish the hotel had a swimming pool

Location, staff, convenience

It had stairs to reach elevator so a bit not handicap accessible

Really nice hotel with contemporary décor and great vibes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location, very close to cafés, bars, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast is just 100/100.

Everything was perfect.

Outstanding breakfast. Staff was very friendly and responsive. They cheerfully mapped out sites to visit and restaurants. They helped us recover late luggage and make obtain transportation. All the time, they were being most helpful while making us feel we were welcome and appreciated.

See through shower doors.

Great location, right next to the city center. Discounted garage parking is very convenient. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant staff. Clean room.

We liked the concept of the design, the positive attitude of the staff and the food was great (there were vegan options).

The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Trying hard to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They gave us excellent recommendations on what to do and where to go in the city. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Great location, just at the center of everything.

The Modernist staff are truly amazing folks. Professional, kind and very helpful. From booking reservations at local restaurants to giving advice on sightseeing locations, they helped make our stay in Thessaloniki a memorable one.

While breakfast is delicious, the area it's served in is a little cramped, especially when there are lots of folks eating.

I was really impressed by the design of the hotel, especially knowing it’s a restored historic building. They’ve done an amazing job of blending the original architecture with modern touches, creating a space that feels both elegant and inviting. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making the space both stylish and relaxing. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even better.Overall, it was an exceptional stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

Everything was exceptional.

Fantastic location near the seafront and shopping and excellent service by a friendly staff; breakfast was lovely. The room was comfortable, although a bit small. Will stay again.

Should be noted: As it is an historic property, the stairs required to even access the elevator should be mentioned for those with difficulty.
