Very family well maintain. The breakfast was excellent.The stuff was very friendly and supportive.

Premium location very close to all the city attraction, bars and restaurants. The stuff was excellent, very helpfull on any subject. the breakfast was very good.

the location is great. the staff was welcoming and helpfull. the breakfast was very good. the rooms are beautifoly furnished decorated. beds are comfort and there are two pilows per person - soft and hard.

the rooms - the standart - are not spacious. on breakfast only one coffee is included. water pressure on the third floor is weak.

The place is located close to center, many restaurants and pubs. Looks good overall but needs better cleaning.

Rooms are very small even for 2 people. 2+ gets uncomfy. There is no parking available as advertised on booking, they send you remote recommendations. And if you book a room for 3, they will give you a double room and ask 10 euros for the additional bed, even if you actually book for 3. Not a big amount but strange, I am traveling really a lot and this never happened. Another thing, cleaning shall be much improved, shower did not look very clean and the pillows had a weird smell. Overall, could be a good location if better managed but as it is, I did not enjoy much.

We (my wife and I) got food poisoning from eggs we ate in the complementary breakfast. This really upended our trip.

It was very important for me to know if the hotel could provide us with an early check-in at 10:00. I have requested it, and it was confirmed (not "upon availability" as in other properties very often but "confirmed"). Upon our arrival, we were informed that the room was not ready and the requests were not taken into consideration even because they were confirmed automatically by the system...We have left and returned in 2,5 hours, at 12:30. Again, the room wasn't ready. Even knowing that there was a misunderstanding with the early check-in, the hotel didn't put this room in the priority to be cleaned after previous guests' departure (maximum at 11:00).Then, after another waiting at the reception, about half an hour, we were invited to go in the room. We tried to use an elevator but were asked by the cleaning lady to wait until she went somewhere with her staff. And generally, it's an issue with the elevator. In the morning, especially, you can wait 2-3 times for cleaning ladies to finish their rotation and free it for the guests.As well there was also a piece of dry cucumber under a bed in the room, and it remained there until our checkout (2 days).

Very helpful stuff. I wondered pretty far away, out of town veryy far district, and couldnt order a taxi. Thought of calling them and they managed it for me. Cozy breakfast area with nice breakfast options.Location perfect.bars, restaurants around. Can be a bit noisy at night, but for me it was fine, since i go to sleep late.

- Soundproofing. I could hear noises from outside of the room in the mornings, which woke me up many times.- blackout curtains are not close to windows, so a lot of light comes in, in case you want to keep dark room- room was way smaller than i expected it for the price i paid.

Hello, I made a payment for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, 9 and 6 years old. In the hotel where I am in the room, there is 1 bed for 2 people and another for one person. In the hotel, I asked for an extra bed, I notified the reception and made the complaint that I had and they told me if I want an extra bed it costs 10€ extra, while I made a reservation and paid for 4 people on booking, it is absolutely not serious for me.

-supporting beds not good, waking up with pain-free bottle of water should be provided the 2nd day as well and not only at the arrival- ventilator should be working in toalet

Very clean hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I am not happy with is that the room and especially the toilet in the room are a bit narrow. All in all, we had a great few days.

Rooms were very hot and couldn’t cool down because of the whole hotel aircon setting. If you opened the windows, it was very noisy and the mosquitoes entered

Hotel is in the center so you can go everywhere by foot. Room is nice. Beds are very comfortable. Food is great. Staff is great.

property was great, location was wonderful, rooms were clean and pretty, internet was fast and oh my god, those breakfast! i might have never had a better eating experience at any facility! it was just great. staff was very friendly, i enjoyed every minute there? p.s. i must mention their enchanted playlist while we were having breakfast, yall have taste! ;)
