- No parking around has to pay 15 to park in a parking garage 10 minutes away and walk with our luggage to the hotel. We asked for a room with two beds as I was with my girl friend and the receptionist said theyre fullly booked although there were available rooms to book online. It was my bday and hoped they will acomodate us better but they didnt. Room was nice some noise from the boulevard but was able to rest . Every time we used the sink in the bathroom water was all over near the sink we didnt have the energy to go and tell them and they already said its fully booked so couldnt do much and we spent only one night there. Overall a nice stay close to the port and everything.
- The hotel was marked as a 4-star hotel but in reality it is probably 3 stars at most. I don't understand why it received such a rating.
Cons -
- The rooms are spacious but very basic and the public spaces are really shabby considering that it is considered a 4-star hotel.
