Nice room with a fantastic view is the gulf. Excellent staff. The female concierge helped me figure out my Greek cell phone plan. Which I appreciated! Quiet hotel very centrally located. The breakfast was standout.

Location by the sea. You are in the center of everything. Walking distance to all that you may need and want to see

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel. The room was comfortable and well prepared, and we especially appreciated the care they took in accommodating a baby crib, which made traveling with our baby much easier. The sea view was beautiful, the bar was great for relaxing, and the location was perfect close to everything while still feeling calm. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Very accommodating staff, good customer service. Excellent breakfast, cozy communal spaces.

Very unpleasant experience having to pay 300 euro for a lamp that we broke while trying to unplug the hairdryer. The plug was extremely tight, so we had to pull quite hard and by accident the lamp on the table was broken. We were asked to pay 300 euro and are still wondering for such a pricy hotel, shouldn’t there be some insurance policy reimbursing accidents caused by something not working properly?

Location, staff & breakfast

We booked a balcony as we enjoy sitting outside. The balcony was there but no chairs / table whatsoever and in order to get to the balcony one had to jump as one stair was definitely missing. Also, too expensive for what it offers, far from value for money.

A small thing, really, but some of the breakfast staff were not very friendly, and we had to wait a very long time just to get a coffee. We managed, of course, but it feels like this doesn’t match the otherwise amazing quality of the hotel and its facilities.

The location is fabulous. The room was one of the best I’ve stayed at. Elegant. Comfortable. The shower was gorgeous and huge. The staff were amazing. Valet service that whisked the car away so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Right on the ocean. What a view

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with incredibly kind and welcoming staff. I loved the excellent location and the beautiful view, which made my stay truly enjoyable

View, poor, view of apartments, noisy air conditioning outside. But quiet with doors closed. The room was on the small side but perfectly formed!

Everything ! The staff, the generosity of the hotel on offering us beverages, the location, the rooms ! They also received a Michelin star this year. I am a frequent traveller and I haven’t experienced anything like this before ! I was truly and genuinely impressed !

Hotel in the heart of the city. Rooms are not too large, but exceptionally decorated. Historical building in art nouveau. Everything looks very stylish and carefully organised.Friendly staff, very good breakfast. This is my favourite hotel in Thessaloniki.

A bit crowded to park the car

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff were kind, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is another highlight — right on the promenade, perfect for walks and close to the White Tower. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of providing a small bed and bowls for my dog, which made us both feel very welcome. It’s a lovely place where I would be happy to return.
