Central location, excellent breakfast buffet, smooth check-in experience

Everythings are perfect. From Greating to Leave they were halpfull. Perfect location. Very clean. Perfect Breakfast.

Our new favorite place to stay in Thessaloniki. A combination of a perfect location in the heart of the city, a spacious and modernly furnished room, and impeccable cleanliness. It exceeded our expectations.

The only downside was the service at reception regarding parking. I was advised to move my car to a nearby lot and was told a space would be held for 20 minutes. After rushing across town to get my car from the first parking where I was parked, I found the lot full and learned it would be closed on the day of our departure. I ended up stuck in rush hour traffic for 90 minutes searching for a new spot because of this misinformation.​Very poor coordination with their partner parking facility.

The room was large, modern with large modern bathroom also. The location of the hotel was also good in the center of Thessaloniki, so you don't need to use car. Hotel has not parking but there are other parkings nearby.

The room was one part from two bedrooms apartment. So, there was not sound insulation between two rooms because the rooms were divided only with door. Because of that it was not comfortable neither for us or the family in the next room. The view from the hotel was poor because there was another building very close to the hotel.

We like that it was in the city center. Stuff we were very polite. Room was clean.

Breakfast was inadequate for both days. Many things were missing from the plates, and stuff did not replaced them.

Everything was perfect. The staff was really supportive and helpful. Smooth check-in and smooth check-out. Very good location; you can easily walk around and reach all central places of Thessaloniki.

Breakfast can use a little more variety. Not to say breakfast was bad; everything was fresh.

Very well located - 5 mins from White tower. Very high tech rooms - with key pad which closes the curtains, sets the lighting etc. Staff very helpful and let us check out slightly later and ordered taxi to airport for us.

Only thing was that you cannot flush toilet paper. My first stay in the city so not sure if this applies to all other hotels. I know 30 miles away in Halkidiki this isn’t an issue at other hotels.

Good location, half a block from the sea, restaurants, stores, white tower and other museums. Very nice staff. New hotel, nice breakfast.

Bit hot for me, but opening windows helped a lot

The staff was wonderful making sure the room was ready as one of our party was coming in early.

There was NO way to control the temperature in our room. It was very warm. If you opened the window you got a minor bit of fresh air and continual street noise.When asked about cooling the room off somehow the response was IT IS WINTER, THE A/C IS OFF, JUST OPEN THE WINDOW. So not a great amount of sleep was had.

Everything nice...However, real pleasure was (small) beatiful sea view, and breakfast in the room. Nice staff. Oh, yes , nice opportunity to manage room by pressing the right buttons.

The hotel is located in the center of the city close to the water. Super clean, friendly staff and amazing controller in the room to control lights, curtains, etc.

Breakfast can be better with better coffee. The preset to open the curtain automatically when you enter the room was a bit annoying at night.

Excellent location in the heart of Thessaloniki. Small walk to the most popular areas and the promenade is less than a minute away. Room was spacious, clean, quiet, nice facilities all in all. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast could use a couple of extra options but generally cannot complain.

the hotel is small but very conveniently located in the city center . it is extremely clean, and the interior is stylish and cozy.the only downside is that there's no parking available, but overall , we really liked it. we didn't try the breakfast, but our experience was very positive.

Well designed. Great location. Comfortable if very firm bed. We had 3 different rooms including the one with a couch and large terrace. All rooms were comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast quality did not match the quality of the hotel. The selection was the same the three mornings we had breakfast. There was no fresh cut fruit. Only tasteless whole apples and hard pears. The breakfast at S Boutique hotel is excellent. Perhaps the management could see what is served there and change the breakfast.The hotel room floor- the carpet- didn’t seem as clean as it could be.

It more than beat our expectations. From service to cleanliness to the quality of the breakfast it was all over the top.
