Everything. The decor was stylish, modern, and thoughtfully curated—every space felt intentional. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade that elevated the entire stay. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was absolutely perfect—central to all of my exploring sites and nestled among amazing restaurants, cafés, bakeries, the metro, and walkable city life. Cloud 8 bar was a whole vibe, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional—fresh, abundant, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was so good that I happily left tips because the service truly deserved it.

The hotel is awesome. Rooms are clean and modern. The staff was friendly and kind. My son had a little accident and one of the assistant managers was super helpful. He called us a taxi and arranged a visit to a private clinic. The breakfast was excellent, with various options. The hotel parking was full, but they arranged us a parking spot at a private parking 200 meters from the hotel and costs like 10 euros per day.

Even though we booked parking on time, the reception told us that there is currently no space. I think it is not correct to offer parking service as a hotel on booking.comEmployees at the reception are not very polite,Also the girl who was in the restaurant at the breakfast was looking at her mobile phone ...so unprofessional...

We like this hotel itis our second stay at the hotel and we always feel good here. We have a small dog and we feel good traveling to this hotel with our dog.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Gym had good equipment.

Parking was full so we had to park across the busy street. The staff there was not at all attentive. Room was a bit small and storage was limited especially in the bathroom

“The food was good, the playroom and fitness facilities were nice, the staff was very professional, the location was great, and there was also a nice basketball court.

We stayed in a family room, 2 adults and 2 children. The room is small, the pool is extremely small, the parking area as well, and overall the spaces are too limited for the hotel’s capacity.

This is a really lovely hotel. The staff is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent. The roof bar is lovely. The neighborhood is not great, but the city is not huge so you can certainly walk to the port, the old town, etc, although, to be honest, it's not a joyous walk. However, uber and taxis are very inexpensive and the hotel is really lovely. So you just have to weigh what is most important to you. And they have wonderful dog beds!

Location. It's very convenient if you're taking the train somewhere, but otherwise, it's a bit of a hike to the center of town. Also, it was very unclear how the pet charge works on the website.

The overall quality of the building and of the hotel service, the breakfast and the cocktail bar on the terrace. The hotel is also close to the metro.

The hotel has very limited parking space in its own premises, but they found a parking space for us in a 24/7 open parking service a few meters away.

I tried booking the parking however it didn’t work. When we got there the staff got us parking across the road

They changed rooms for us because they didn't put us in rooms close to the children. They moved us twice, once there were already people in the room and the second time we had to wait another hour. Other than that, everything was fine.

every thing is good , but i make reservation and paid for it before 3 hours of arriving . when i want to check in the price go down 85 euro , i ask them to give me back the money but they say no , i think its not fair

Interesting high-tech design hotel. Loved the open-buffet breakfast and common areas. Staff was also very friendly.

They have really small parking underground and you find out that there is no space for your car for the full stay after you already have paid. Not a major issue but still it would be nice to know in advance.
