Vanoro Hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, breakfast was ok.

Standard room could be a bit bigger but not that small anyway.

Very good breakfast. Many options from a meny instead of a buffet which seemed to me a better way to offer breakfast. The location is excellent. The stuff very responsive and polite.

Nothing particular.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone without any hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean large rooms with all day breakfast

Limited parking around hotel but they found a parking spot right in front of the hotel later. Free of charge!

Staff was amazingly helpful.Breakfast was very good. Location was good. 10-15 minutes walk to the center and to the boardwalk.Room was nice and cofortable. very clean and spacious. not enough hanging hooks.

location- 10-15 minutes walk to the center and to the boardwalknot enough hanging hooks in the room and in the bath room

all the hotel staff, the cleanliness, the silence

The à la carte breakfast didn't appeal to me much. I would have preferred the buffet. I prefer to look and choose at my leisure.

Too hot! Can’t control the air condition…only controls by the hotel team and was on heat only..

Everything, beautiful room, extra friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, will come again, highly recommended

Great breakfast and extremely nice sto

Basic fitness facilities

Spacious rooms, close to the center, amazing breakfast.

We arrived on friday afternoon and right away received a personal and very attentive service. The hotel is very clean and the staff is beyond. The breakfast at the ANZA restaurant at the lobby floor is absolutely yummy! The bar staff treated us with some free drinks. Very cool and friendly hotel. They will help you with any service neededI absolutely recommend and will be back on my next thessaloniki trip. Also, close to the adopting and restaurant area

One of our best stays among our recent trips ! 10/10 ! Perfect. Great room with beautiful design and user friendly equipment. Super clean and new (the hotel opened in October 2021).Even a weighing scale available in the room !Modern bathroom and comfortable bathrobes. Plenty of free toiletries.Large and very comfortable bed. The couch converted into a bed for children was very comfortable too.Delicious breakfast with various choice - available until 22h30!!!They made delicious breakfast- boxes as we needed to leave very early on our departure day. A welcoming basket is offered as a gift in the room with tasty snacks. Efficient and super kind staff, very helpful and polite. Very good wifi. Quiet location, but also very well connected to public transport, 2 min away from metro Demokratija and from several bus lines. Close to many restaurants, to nice coffeeplaces. There is a spa and fitness area but we did not have time to try it. Next time :)

It was perfect. One could say that the air-conditioning was not as strong and cold as it could be. But that's a personal preference.

Very good location, customized breakfast. Very nice room. Bads are very comfortable

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was perfect, quiet and spotless. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options. The staff and the costumer service were outstanding.

Everything was perfect

All was great! very clean room , location is good , great breakfast - served , staff - very nice

the only thing that might be a problem is: parking . limited number of parking is available(~8 cars) , rest is with charge of 15 euro

The breakfast was fantastic and at any time of the day!The staff was super helpful, also to recommend sites to visit in the area.

Limited parking in front of the hotel, but the overflow public parking was a good backup plan, and the staff was nice enough to park our car when they had a spot in front of the hotel, since it was a very busy and crowded area.

A pleasant hotel, cozy atmosphere. Good location in city center. Hotel parking free of charge (on a first come first serve basis, as number of spots is limited). VERY helpful staff (entire frontdesk team, room cleaning). Spacios room, lighted room, comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom.

Pillows are too big/thick, one cannot use them for sleeping.Breakfast is very good, but the process of taking order by the staff is slow especially around 8:30-9:30am.Breakfast hours start at 7:00am (not before). Take away packages we got were basic.

THe hotwel is a boty farther away from the center, but compensates this with great service and good rooms (premiu). The room was large and very clean, with a bonus of a very large walk in shower. Breakfast was very good (despite being a la carte), and it's possible to get as many servings as one like. It's offered all day, which is a great plus.

very small spa facilities, and a bit of noise from the street (although the double-glazed windows did the job).

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff was wonderful and couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Truly wonderful! And the Breakfast was outstanding! They even offered us a to-go Breakfast as we were leaving very early on check out day. I would highly recommend the Vanoro hotel for anyone looking to spend time in Thessaloniki.
