The location is perfect

There is no onsight parking

Very clean and friendly staff- we enjoyed the maids every morning as they cleaned the rooms

My wife was a little scared of the glass panels looking at the ruins below

Its in the heart of town, in the most beautiful location of Thessaloniki. Right next to the hotel there are 3 famous restaurants, which we tried grada nuevo and it was great food and athmosphere. Thanks to the staff of the S Hotel they were really kind and helped us with everything. The rooms and facilities were also nice.

We have paid 30 Euros per night for parking, but its not the hotel's fault since this is the heart of town there were no free parking spaces. Again I appreciate the staff for quickly arranging our parking accomodations as well.

Proximity to the city and opposite a kosher restaurant.

No tea facilities in the room.. charge for teabags

The location and the breakfast.

They claim that they have twin bed room, which we ask for when booking but then they did not have. The staff was rude enough to explain that twin room means two joined beds sharing the same headrest and not two separate beds.

Location, very clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, nice design.

The sink at the bathroom being in the open was a bit awkward. Especially when you're trying to wash yourself while someone is sleeping. And also, charging for the nespresso capsules is ehm kind of an overkill.

location is more than perfect, super central yet on a quiet street. supermarket 10 seconds from the hotel, lots of very busy restaurants nearby. super close to everything (tsimiski street, aristotelous square...). there is even a parking lot 20 seconds from the hotel.friendly staff, very good breakfast, very nice dining room.our room was very spacious, large comfortable bed.

1) the light in the bathroom turns on automatically once you open the door and go in (sensors), bad if you go at night while everyone is sleeping (also stuns your eyes).2) The shower is poorly designed. It's a small stall with a door, and there's no place to hang a towel or put clothes inside. either way, they would get wet. If you don't want to be seen naked, you have to step out, quickly grab a towel to cover yourself, and cross to the toilet room (2-3 steps away from the shower) to get dressed.

The quality of the Breakfest serving staff was very poor. Especially the male personel which I will not give name but the hotel has been provided with the name. Also the breakfest staff are not friendly or smiley and they seem very unhappy. You feel uncomfortable when asking for anything

The location was great. The breakfast was amazing! The facility was interesting - on the ancient ruins below.

The smell of cleaning chemicals in the room was appalling. It won't go away with windows open. The hotel didn't have any charm. It felt almost like a motel.

Excellent location, incredibly friendly staff, rooms were well furnished and structured, with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was also polished, and great value for money.
