Everything. We stayed at The Excelsior the second time within 4 months and we again enjoyed staying there very much. Especially the very friendly and excellent help of Artemis, Elisaveta, Pavlos and Adonis were remarkable again. We, for sure, will come back.

My stay at the hotel was too short

Everything was fine, the location is great.

The room was not opened in a long time and it smelled like humidity inside, also the sheets of the bed were like wet.

The hotel’s location is great. The staff is very kind and friendly. They serve good breakfast.

As a family of four, we booked two penthouse suites. However, we were completely dissatisfied. The rooms had no city views at all. All we could see were the rooftops. In one room, we could see construction workers in the building opposite. The air conditioning in the other room was broken and didn't work. So, they replaced one of our rooms with a deluxe double room. In short, the penthouse room wasn't worth the high price we paid.

Location and accommodating staff.Friendly and responsive.

Glass door in elevator should have a sign or sticker on it as it can be mistaken for open when it is not especially if there are people outside of the elevator waiting to get in. This happened to my wife who was injured. The staff was helpful and came to her aid .

Impeccably clean, comfortable and centrally located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice.

The room, the towels and the sheets of the bed stank and we're humid, the room was small, the air-conditioning was quite weak....all in all, no the value for money

Good location, very good staff, small rooms, very small bathroom, very small elevator, average quality breakfast, but acceptable for a short stay. But the restaurant below is the perfect one !

Contrary to what is advertised they had no fitness room. This is a problem when you pick a hotel because of the fitness room and in fact there is none. Very very disappointing. I was oriented to an outside independent club, where I had to pay a daily fee. Not what I booked !!

Location was nice as well as outside architecture of the hotel.

Rooms are ready for renovation, and rooms and hotel have some scent diffuser we didnt like.

Perfect location, in walking distance to everywhere. Very nice street. Very nice design and decoration in the building. Wide, modern, super clean room with every facility you can need. Very good breakfast menu and wide range buffet. Service is perfect. It was a really good start to the day having breakfast in the mornings in a very cozy restaurant room. The staff was super friendly, smiling and helpful with every need. The vale service is a huge plus, we could easily leave our car in the front of the hotel and enter our room in seconds. In our next visit to Thessaloniki we will definetely stay in The Excelsior. Thank you for making our holiday unforgetable.

We booked a room at the very last minute and arrived late at night and were made very welcome. We asked for a quiet room and were upgraded to be at the back of the hotel, in a very large and comfortable room. Breakfast was plentiful, if not especially imaginative, with lots of options.
