    Cons -

    • Staff at the frontdesk charge me for extra person, because I make reservation for singe occupation by mistake.we were 2 adult+2kids 11years old and I book 2rooms.
    • It feels like an older property that needs renovation. The bathroom has an odor in it.
    • We did struggle a little with elevators, but we figured out how to use it.

    Location, staff hospitality

They didn't clean room daily, food is not quality for hotel 4 star, cold walls, air-insulation very poor and load

    5BulentPosted on: 1-2-2026

    The location is good

The staff was helpful but the property is old and there are several problems. Rooms are smaller than the usual so beware. First, furniture in rooms are old and beds are not comfortable. Second, the bathrooms are dirty. Additionally, when you shower, the floor is covered with water because shower curtain cannot keep the bathroom dry. Third, the key cards never work. You have to go down to the Reception every time you want to enter your room to have the key card fixed or they have to come up to your floor to open the door for you. In my last night, they could not open the door and I had to wait for half an hour for them to open my door. Fourth, the breakfast area does not have enough tables to accommodate all the guests. When the hotel is full, some guests have to wait for guests at other tables to finish and leave. The breakfast is poor with food gone cold, cold coffee, etc. Finally, the hotel says there is no parking but there is in fact some street parking in front of the Hotel. When I was checking in, there were spots but they did not let me park there. There is underground parking nearby but these guys are also incapable. They misplaced my car and it took them half an hour to find it.Booking.com is also responsible for the problem with parking. When I was choosing hotels to select one, I asked for hotels with parking. The algorithm of the Booking.com shows you “hotels with nearby paid parking”. This is a scam by Booking.com. ‘Hotels with parking’ is not the same thing with ‘hotels with nearby paid parking’. I had to pay 40 Euros for two days, which is roughly 10% of my hotel fee. This was my first reservation through Booking.com and I do not intend to use them again. Booking.com has to fix this!

    Location was good.

A/c was not active, need was not (by any means) the 160 is been claimed. Breakfast was fair, vegan or vegetarian not labeled or even available. Very noisy

    7MirandaPosted on: 11-27-2025

    Good value, breakfast was good.

Small room, garden view is just the back of the building.

    8odysseasPosted on: 11-18-2025

Thessaloniki is one of the best cities to walk around, and the hotel's location helped in this regard since it is located near the main avenues and not far from the waterfront. The breakfast had original greek products. not a lot of variety, but my impression was everything was fresh and homemade, maybe add better bread and coffee options and it becomes a 10!

The hotel is old. The decoration is inspired, but the wooden furniture and details show it, as do the windows. It gets cleaned thoroughly so not a utility/hygiene problem.

The hotel is very charming, beds super comfortable, staff friendly, breakfast ample and delicious. Location was very convenient for sightseeing.

    Bathroom fan was noisy.

    7DogaPosted on: 10-10-2025

The staff were very polite. The location was good and it was easy to find.

    Nothing significant to mention.

The location was fine. The receptionist was a caring and helpful person. The breakfast was satisfactory.

It was a stifling, airless environment. The window was not enough.

The entire staff were kind hearted and attentive. Julian (bartender) stood out of all. He was super kind and offered great service.

    Parking is a nightmare.

The location was perfect for us, we wanted to explore the city center. We liked the entrance area, it felt like a castle. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with all the important essentials.

Our room had a very strangely designed shower, where a part of the wall was inside the shower area, so you could hardly stand properly. This was not the case in the room of our kids.

    7MariaPosted on: 7-3-2025

Breakfast was very good and plentiful and staff attentive

    Bathroom and water pressure

    5JuliaPosted on: 4-25-2025

The neighborhood was vibrant… with lots of graffiti and broken down buildings. The air flow in the rooms was nonexistent, as there was no flow of air. Our room’s toilet came pre clogged(at least we didn’t have to clog it ourselves), and after a complaint to our receptionist, he gaslit us into making us believe it was our fault for putting *toilet*paper in the *toilet*. The paper towel holder collapsed and clattered to the ground after my grandmother merely touched it, and after taking a shower, I found blonde hair stuck to the wall(I’m brunette). The rooms also look nothing like how they do on booking(thanks to 0.5 cameras), the rooms are really small, and if you like ugly things and just a general horrid taste, then you will be delighted?Breakfast was the one good thing, and had a good selection with tasty options. And the staff is friendly enough. All in all a really mid hotel, I definitely wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t terrible, and it was worth the price(pretty cheap)

    Everything.

Fair price for the location. Friendly staff in the reception.

Soundproofing really bad. You can hear the person in the next room speaking. Gap under door so you hear everything in the corridor. Bed was too soft. The breakfast was lame, the coffee, juice breads...bad quality. This was Easter Sunday morning.

Stuff is bad place is dirty

    8CarolynPosted on: 4-18-2025

It is an old hotel close to the main attractions and shopping. It is also walking distance to the waterfront and shops. The breakfast is excellent and quite good.
