Imperial Plus Urban Smart Hotel Thessaloniki

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, good location ☺️

Good location, decent breakfast

Parking is not included in the price, while it is rebooked at the time of booking

Nice hotel that is well-located, within walking distance of most landmarks and attractions. Also, it is on a main avenue so everything one might need (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, shops, etc.) is nearby. At the hotel, there is a big breakfast room on the first floor (which I used during the day to do some work) and a restaurant on the last floor. The Internet connection is excellent. And hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

Nothing in particular.

Comfortable room, good breakfast.

There was no place to stop the car and unload lugage.

Located in the middle of everything. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean and well appointed accommodations- what is there not to like?

It took forever for the elevator every time. So we just went up 7 floors and back down each time.Noisy all night from the bathrooms, terrible! The location isn’t great, there are more central ones.Stay away.

I liked the hotel’s location and its exterior appeal. The suite rooms were spacious/clean, and the balcony was impressively large

The location advertised parking but failed to provide it. When I asked about it, the staff pointed me to the fine print, which explained that the parking facilities mentioned on their main page were actually owned by others, located about 300 meters away, and came with an extra charge. This was extremely frustrating, as parking was my top priority when booking a hotel in the city. Customer service was dismissive, essentially telling me I just had to deal with it. Breakfast was average to okay and the entire hotel feels outdated and in need of a serious renovation from the furniture they use in the rooms to the carpets out in the hallway that felt/looked dirty.

Staff and clean rooms.

Breakfast. lack of water in room.

Nothing except location maybe

The hotel staff was exceptionally mean they have deceptively practice. They had no mini bar but wanted to charge for water. The coffee I didn’t drink but looks like that was chargeable too. There were no signs showing that it be charged although I didn’t drink it but that’s so cheap.

It's a good hotel and need to repair the loose door of the room.

Some of the towels are teared off. And the door was always making sound when other's room Doors open and closes.

Breakfast, room, obliging personnel

the safe was not working and no parking space

Central location for short stayParking nearbyModern, comfortable rooms

Very noisy area, rooms overlook a busy boulevard. Breakfast is not worth, choice is very limited and at least coffee quality can be improved if nothing else. I ordered an espresso, charged additionally, but even this was not of good quality.

The staff was helpful and the new design of the reception/lobby.

Size of the room was too small and there was too much noise from the outside traffic. There was a que at check-out and we had to wait longer that expected.

Central location, new furnished clean rooms, friendly staff

There is no parking option, so much noise from street,Black out curtains is not black out, most importantly every time need to wait for elevator 15 minutes

The room was very noisy and we could not sleep well, even with closed windows there was huge traffic noise. The room was clean and the location is good.

Due to a system failure, multiple charges were made, an extra charge was taken for a room other than my accommodation and it was not refunded, they are deceiving people

Due to a system failure, my card was charged multiple times, and they took the payment again at the hotel saying that the charge was not made, they did not cancel my extra payment, and I could not find anyone to deal with it, we were scammed

I loved the breakfast. Also it was very clean. The staff was very polite.

The family room should be bigger to fit a bigger family. Also the door got stuck.

The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. The location of the property was pretty convenient. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

The sink at the bathroom was extremely small and water would get all over the place. Also the quality of the breakfast products was poor and beneath my expectations.

hotel is very convenient place to everything. Breakfast is enough than I expected. room is very clean and comfortable. Workers are cheerful and helpful.
