This resort features an outdoor pool with sun loungers overlooking Mon Choisy beach. These spacious, air-conditioned rooms include patios overlooking the resort's gardens or the Mon Choisy lagoon. Each bright accommodations at the Mon Choisy Beach R. is decorated with tiled floors and wooden furniture. They all have a flat-screen satellite TV and modern bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. Guests can prepare their meals in the privacy of their own accommodations, using their fully equipped kitchenette. A number of bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes’ drive of the resort. Free WiFi is offered throughout the complex, as well as free parking. A laundry and babysitting service are also available. Staff can arrange a number of outdoor activities including diving and horse riding. Mon Choisy Beach R. is less than 10 minutes’ drive to Grand Baie. Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport is about an 1-hour drive away and the property offers a shuttle service upon request.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Closeness of the rooms were excellent for the 5 rooms that we needed
Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and direct access to the beach! I had low expectations because people said that the beach view was better than the garden view, but I already thought that the garden view room was very pleasant (even though it doesn't get a lot of sunlight--but that's fine because you shouldn't have to spend much time in the room during the day given how close the pool and the beach are). The pool area is immaculate and well maintained.
- the hotel room is spacious and clean and features a fully equipped kitchen - it has a beautiful and well maintained garden; in the morning you can hear all the birds singing and its simply amazing :) - nice pool with sea view :) - private parking - very friendly and helpful stuff :) we appreciated their attitude and attention a lot!

Cons -

The bathrooms needed a refresh and the mosquitos were unbearable. We stayed at other placed in Mauritius were they managed the mosquitos and we didn't have a problem with them.
The only thing that I didn't like was that before/after check-in, if you ask the hotel to keep your baggage, it is exposed outside next to the reception desk (which is basically in the parking lot). Sometimes the receptionist is not there, which means that if you leave valuables it might feel a little exposed. Also, need to either have a car/do groceries or plan your meals as there is no restaurant. There are some good restaurants at the other hotels nearby and the food trucks by the beach (open during daytime) are less than 1km away, so accessible by foot.
- not a real minus, just good to know: there is no restaurant nor a bar. It would be nice for at least small refreshments, but they do have water at reception and a sister hotel where you can have dinner (they provide a shuttle bus); there are also a lot of restaurants in the area or in Grand Baie
