Lagoon Breeze Villas

I LOVED the location, definitely walking distance from the best snorkeling spot on the island in front of The Rangiroan Hotel. We are right next to dive spots and bars and restaurants and the property is beautiful!

Our breakfast was not great, just toast and fruit and I wish we would have known that EVERYTHING including meal and maid service would be shut down on NYE, NYD, and the day after. We basically had nothing open and nowhere to get food for 3 days of our stay and had to beg for fresh towels and sheets, but the property itself was great

The room was very spacious, even bigger than I expected, and all the facilities were very convenient to use, such as the swimming pool and laundry room. Although the breakfast was simple, there was fresh fruit every day.

When we arrived in Christmas day, we did not get any information of wifi, that caused some inconvenience because the esim card we bought didn't work.I suggest that this information be included directly in the room's check-in guide in the future. But we can fully understand that it was a holiday.

We loved our stay at Lagoon Breeze Villas. Very nice staff, clean acommodation, the only thing we did not like is that we had to leave so soon.

Love staying here! My 4th visit. Lovely villas with all amenities-kitchen, patio chairs & lounge chairs. Great pool. The beach is across the road-bring reef shoes. Vicki & Naomi are excellent hosts! There is snorkeling equipment too. Good for families too, playground & trampoline. Breakfast included.❤️

Nice, quiet area of Rarotonga, within walking distance of beach. Management was accommodating with late night check-in and easy directions. Spacious unit.

Air conditioning provided in bedroom only and it did not cool quickly. Hard to imagine the conditions during the peak of summer.

Lagoon Breeze is a bit of a wonderful find. Beautifully kept grounds, and good-sized, clean, newish, multiple room bungalows. The play area for children includes a trampoline, swings, slides and a pool. Breakfast included cereals, fruits, yoghurt, juices, coffee, breads. No eggs on the island with the recent loss of the egg farm. Staff was a wonderful help with all questions. Aro'a beach nearby is a marine reserve and holds a wonderful array of fish and coral, but swim out to the farther rocks formations to see the best of them. Turtles are there in high tide. Buses circulate the island every hour in both directions, so if you are up for that, no need for a car. We met some wonderful guests while there.

We have no suggestions for improvement.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds were very well kept and having the free breakfast in the morning was really nice.

It was such a good experience. That was the first time on Cook Island, the experience was amazing plus we booked the right place to stay. Great location with very friendly staff.

Staff were very helpful. Good breakfast, clean rooms, good size room and loved the privacy aspect, and I loved the pool too.

Probably some of the snorkelling gear could be revamped. Broken ones, and was limited for choice for sizes etc

Location to the beach with good snorkeling

The rooms were very basic & dated. We had no internet at all. It wasn’t connected to our villa. There was a big storm that night & water dripped onto our beds downstairs. We ended up leaving early & getting much better accommodation at half the price. Also breakfast buffet was very average. Fresh fruit is not when you open the tin!I’m writing this review as I cannot understand why it is rated so high. We stayed there unfortunately based on the reviews.

Outstanding location across from beach. The staff were so kind and helpful.

Hit some snags arranging transport from the airport. The transport company didn't seem to know about us despite contacting the hotel.

Villas are well located with a nice beach directly opposite and are walking distance to a few restaurants & cafes (but better to have own transport if you want to have more dining options).The included breakfast was light and enjoyable with a nice selection of fresh fruits. We made use of the evening happy hour and made new friends via this.The villa itself was 2 bedrooms & two bathrooms and we had the option of splitting the queen bed which made it perfect for 4 friends travelling together.The grounds are beautiful and we were provided with fresh towels daily. We enjoyed the pool area and sun loungersStaff were friendly and helpful with the owner introducing themselves to guests. Complimentary use of kayaks, reef shoes, snorkeling equipment, and life vests etc.

Lovely staff, units set amongst beautiful gardens, delicious breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, very close to a great snorkeling spot by the Rarotongan Resort.

It was all great, even the weather!

Excellent location near Aroa beach, we had lots of fun swimming and snorkelling with other families.Loved the breakfast bar and happy hour, very good family and inclusive vibes.There are a few roosters moving about but none of them standing outside your room crowing all morning.Fabulous Swimming pool lovely temperature and comfortable loungers.Mosquito mesh on the windows so you could open them safely.Highly recommend to others.

No internet in room.

A nice small resort with lovely staff. Place was super clean and plenty of room in the one bedroom unit for family. Rooms were nice and private and had air con in the bedroom. The grounds were well kept and the breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the pool too. This place is perfect if don't mind not having modern technology.

We booked two units under the same name for two families and for some reason they separated us. Just didn't make any sense to us and was made to feel it was our fault for not asking for adjoining units. The deck was super slippery when wet and the small plastic mats they had were not helpful. The wifi is terrible and you had to sit outside the office to get reliable wifi. We couldn't even access a hotspot from our unit. Reading past reviews, it seems the management don't see this as a priority.

breakfast was great and cocktails were excellent - location great as I think best snorkling just over the road. All staff we met lovely. Villas were very comfortable. Was nice for me to try a villa as I have been 5 times and just love Raro.

The villas needs a bit of maintenance - most of our curtains were falling off the rails and we had a bit of rain so the outside deck was very slippery so had to be very careful. Was told you were getting Starlink so that will be fabulous as I had spark roaming which did not work and had to keep going and sitting outside the office to get wifi which was great but to get starlink will be fabulous. Had to be careful where I parked my rental car as coconut trees around the property still had coconuts on them and worried they would fall on car - one did fall as we had windy week but missed car.
