nice pool / spa although spa bubbles weren’t working

the balcony. closed off. facing road. don’t like how you can’t get clean towels. you have to wash and wait for the towels to dry. we had rain. i put the washer/dryer on dry setting and it said it was going to take 7 hours. i called to ask if we can get clean towels and was asked why? you have a washing machine?

Overall, the room was good, with all the required facilities provided. Close proximity to Hastings Street and Main beach is a plus. Overall cleanliness was good in the accommodation.

Bed in main bedroom is a little too soft (can be more personal preference). However, the main bedroom needs new block out shutters or curtains as the LED lighting from the footpath outside the room shines bright within the bedroom. It is hard to get darkness in the main bedroom even though we tried to block with extra sheets.

Location was brilliant, so handy to the beach, shops and restaurants

The bed in the main bedroom was very noisy - it sounded like it was going to break when you went to the toilet during the night!

Location was great & the outside was well presented and very clean.

Floor was dirty & bed had hair in it, don’t know if the sheets were even replaced.

Modern with Spa facilities and swimming pool. Great location, close to shops, local cafes, restaurants

The tiles outside the whole complex are very slippery when it rains therefore very dangerous .The spa pool is small for the size of the complex . The gym is small as well. No parking for 2 families staying at complex. Only 1 parking.The check in is very complicated with different building for reception and car parking

That I couldn’t get towels to use the pool because I didn’t book through The Sebel. Bedrooms need vacuuming under the beds.

Location was great, close to great restaurants and close to the beach which was most important

Location is amazing. A broom in the unit would have been nice so we could sweep up every day.

Sadly some absolutely vile, entitled, rude, selfish and inconsiderate toolbag took it upon themselves to help themselves to our allocated parking space (that we had paid for included within the unit) and it therefore meant that our space was unavailable to use when we needed to use it. It’s a shame there was no enforcement of this, and I hope that karma will get this idiot in the form of someone calling them out, and getting their vehicle towed with a $$$$$$ fee next time they do this. Owner of Audi 4** IM* - you are the worst.

2nd bedroom was very small, nowhere to put bags etc. Oven didn't work. Car parking space was a long walk from the elevator.

The location was excellent, the room was clean and quite large.

Best thing was the location, right on Hastings street. Large kitchen with full size fridge.

Aircon didn’t work very well, washing machine & dryer not working at all. Hand washed clothes, no drying rack…. Nowhere to hang towels after a swim or washing. Beds were clearly old & sagging. Poor for the price they are charging.

Location was good and it was close to all the restaurants and shops in the area. The beach access was also very close which made it easy to go down for a walk and swim.

Instructions on finding the car park were in small print. There was no beach towel provided.
