Excellent position. Spacious and interesting apartment with amazing views from every angle.

Not enough towels in the bathroom however nice that beach/pool towels provided.

A secluded oasis surrounded by the canopy of the trees. Just 5 mins from Hastings Street. The pool was chill and super clean- we didn’t think we’d use it much, but it was a welcome respite from the crowded beach. Residence #7 was well appointed, and a perfect space for everyone to relax in different areas, watch TV etc

It was very spacious and walking distance to the beach. It was great for my mum and dad who didn’t have to walk too far.

Unit 4 is close to the pool and can get very noisy at times. There was not enough toilet paper in the house and extra towels would have been nice.

The residences are just wonderful - lovely and spacious, light, clean and modern. Feels like a treehouse in the oasis. Nice and close to Hastings Street and we had the best time. The houses have all the amenities you will need - BBQ, full kitchen, outside balcony to enjoy breakfast, big bathrooms and comfy beds. Pool was nice. Quiet location.

Check-in was a little average. We were supposed to get a code on our phone which never arrived. It was pouring with rain and reception closes at 12 noon so we had nowhere to store luggage or wait, while we waited for someone to contact us with keys. I find it odd that reception closes at 12 noon and doesn't wait until 3pm for check-ins and then leave the keys in a box for arrivals after that time. There is no where to store luggage on arrival.

Large size, great location, lovely views

Really enjoyed our stay at Noosa Residences. The townhouse was well appointed and very comfortable as well as clean.Loved the location being so close to Hastings Street, the beach and the National Park. Reception staff excellent and even allowed us an early check in and later check out which was greatly appreciated.All in all, an excellent stay.

It was very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous setting and very close to the beach and Hastings Street. Staff were excellent to deal with - very responsive and helpful.

We were frustrated by the lack of toilet paper, coffee pods and garbage bags in the kitchen. These are all staples - and sufficient for the entire stay should be provided. Buying toilet paper on the second day of our stay was really annoying and to be honest, makes you feel unwelcome. We had already ordered our groceries so this required a special trip to the shops. We managed (badly) the lack of garbage bags because who wants to buy a roll of garbage bags on holidays! If it really can’t be supplied - perhaps tell guests so they can make arrangements with groceries orders etc.

Think the beds need upgrading. Very springy and not great quality.

Everything was immaculate and inviting from the lighting ambient music on arrival right down to toiletries just exquisite and tasteful designed

the location was great, a short stroll up a hill at the end of Hastings St. straight down to the beach and all restaurants. easy to do to the walk to the national park and also up to the lookout. the pool was heated, and clean. the apartment was up in the trees, we got a great breeze. and visually you felt like you were in a treehouse. it was so relaxing. lots of space to lounge about, and comfy beds and good size rooms. Rick and Simone were great in contacting us, and helping with our requests. fantastic stay, will definitely stay again.

Stunning apartment, open, light and airy with views of the rainforest which made it feel a million miles away - even though Hastings St was only a quick stroll. Comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchen. Balconies galore. The pool was lovely!

We had a slight issue with the hot water when the weather was overcast - but it sounds like it has a quick fix and the staff were straight onto it.

Only commet - a shower by the pool would be helpful pafrticularly to shower off sand after the beach before entering the pool

Not well equiped in kitchen - some important things not supplied. No dishwashing detergent just a stick for cleaning individual pots. No egg flipper.
